What can 50 classes of consistent exercise do? Just ask Erica. 👏🏼

One of our very first clients to join the Bayside gym when we opened in March and she’s been showing up 2x a week ever since.

Her goals? Stay active. Build strong bones. Age well. Enjoy life.

After starting with an Exercise Physiology assessment and baseline measures, we’ve worked on building overall strength, balance, cardiovascular fitness and confidence in movement.

Fast forward 50 classes… Erica is running, jumping, lifting and moving so well. 💪🏼

Everyday activities are becoming easier, her confidence has grown, and we’re always finding new ways to challenge her.

But beyond the physical progress, we’re genuinely so proud of Erica. She is an incredible person who sets a great standard, brings such positive energy to the gym and is always encouraging those around her. ☺️

She’s a wonderful example of what consistency, the right exercise and a positive mindset can achieve.

50 classes down. And she’s only getting stronger. 🎉

C2B 26’ race recap!!!!! ☀️🏃🏽‍♀️⌛️

she was a warm one out there today but that didn’t stop >30,000 Adelaide runners from singing, smiling and storming their way from the city to the bay ☺️🙌🏼

no PB for me but i had so much fun out there running with lots of friendly faces and seeing others smash their goals 🚀🥇

after Goldy mara i decided to take a break from performance related goals and i’ve been absolutely loving this era of low pressure and social running!!!!

sometimes a little switch up is exactly what we need to remember why we love this sport in the first place and for me that’s always going to be because of the community 🫶🏽✨

huge shout out to all the legends pictured here for bringing the vibes today!!!!!!

@fthiit @the.beliefproject @bayside_sporthealth and well done on another fantastic event @citybayfunrun 👏🏼

The Bayside spending audit is in… 💸👀

We asked our pracs to guess how much they’ve spent at Bayside, and let’s just say the estimates were… optimistic 😂

Maybe don’t ask us what yours is… 😂

What you do when you leave the clinic is the most important part. So whatever advice your Practitioner gives, general or specific, action it and flourish 💫

Someone asked us where our favourite places were to run, and to be honest, we couldn’t pick, because for us, it’s about the company and the community. 🫶🏻
