ONE YEAR DOWN. A LIFETIME OF BLESSINGS TO GO! 🤍

What started with an intention to give back has grown into a community of thousands who believe in giving, connecting, and showing up for one another 🥹

And last night, we celebrated the very people who make it all happen. OUR VOLUNTEERS! 🔥🤍

We're not just celebrating how far we've come, but everything we're yet to build together, bi'iznillah!

This isn't just a community. It's a movement. And we're only getting started! 🚀

Here's to many more years of giving back to the hands that build Dubai 🇦🇪

Are you ready?

Giving back doesn’t look the same for everyone. Haris talks about how contributing to society isn’t always about donating a huge amount of money or supporting a major cause. Sometimes, it’s the smallest things: helping someone, sharing what you know, creating an opportunity, or simply being there when someone needs it. You don’t need to do something extraordinary to make a difference. You just need to do something that matters. Watch the full episode on our YouTube channel.

160K meals served
160K workers impacted
5K volunteer members
50+ sponsors & partners
57 Thursdays of giving
Million raised in 30 days

A community where you can pray, donate, volunteer, give back, and even find opportunities together.

Because anything less than number 1 is not Dubai’s standard 🇦🇪

And all of it comes back to one intention:

Giving back to the hands that help build Dubai every single day

What warms my heart most isn’t even the numbers

It’s how many people keep coming forward asking, “How can I give?”

Residents. Citizens. Companies. Volunteers.

There’s something so special about the love people have for this city and their willingness to uplift the people around them

Dubai builds number ones
Dubai attracts number ones

Now, bi’iznillah, it’s time to take this impact even further

SubhanAllah, what a privilege to be chosen to lead one of the UAE’s fastest-growing impact community

May Allah keep our intentions pure, place barakah in every hand that gives, and allow us to serve on a scale we haven’t even imagined yet 🇦🇪🤍

A beautiful reminder from today’s khutbah, centred around this hadith:

The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said:

“Spread the salam, feed others, uphold the ties of kinship, and pray during the night while people are sleeping—and you will enter Paradise in peace.”

Four simple actions: spread peace with your tongue, give with your hands, maintain your family ties, and spend time privately with Allah while others are asleep.

The way the sheikh explained the power of salam especially hit me. When we say “Assalamu alaikum,” we’re telling that person they’re safe from our hands, our tongue, our jealousy, our envy and any harm from us.

May Allah allow us to understand these words and, more importantly, act upon them. Ameen 🤲🏾

When I started, even AED 80,000 felt like a lot.

The company was struggling. People around me told me, “Let’s put this money back into the business. Let’s grow it first, then we’ll give more.”

But I believed one thing:

What comes from God will never be reduced because you gave for His sake.

So I gave.

Because charity isn’t about giving when you have everything.

It’s about giving when you trust that God will give you more.

People laughed when I told them Revo gives 1% of every property sold to charity.

The market was offering 50%. Others were offering 60%, 70%.

And here I was asking people to join a company where they could make less.

But I knew what I was building.

At Revo, charity is not a marketing expense. It is a responsibility.

That 1% is roughly 20% of our revenue. So yes, it means 20% less for the agent. 20% less for me.

But it also means someone gets a home, a school gets built, or a family gets food.

Hiring was difficult. People laughed. They thought I was crazy.

Maybe I was.

But I had already made my decision. Either I burn every penny I have, or I build something that matters.

And Istikhara kept me going.

Every major decision in my life, I asked Allah for guidance. I knew that either He would make me successful, or He would teach me something I needed to learn.

That gave me the courage to keep going.

Because when your purpose is bigger than your profit, you stop making decisions based only on what you can earn.

You start thinking about what you can give.

And that changes everything.
