Lunch break, natural playground & small adventure.
🌳
Sometimes you don't need hours.
Just a tree, a little curiosity, a training partner and a few minutes to explore.
✨️
I've walked past this spot so many times, but today we finally stopped to see what it had to offer. Short session right at the end of lunch break!
😋
A few swings, a couple of precise landings, one attempt after another. At first too much momentum. Close, but not quite there. So I tried again, felt the joy and flowed through it again.
💥
This time I was surprised by the stick.
👌🏽
One clean landing can make your whole day. These little moments remind me that even the smallest of sessions can bring lightness, joy and flow to the day.
💚
This was just the first exploration of this spot and I'm pretty sure I'll be back!
🔥
When was the last time you turned an ordinary moment into a small adventure?
