💪🔥 100 DAYS. WHO WOULD'VE THOUGHT?! 🔥💪

This Friday marks 100 DAYS at @path2selfperformance ! 🎉

I cannot stress enough how grateful I am that I was apparently the perfect victim of Facebook advertising. 🤣 One random ad, one click of the "More Info" button, and here we are 100 days later!

And what a difference those 100 days have made!

Not only am I getting stronger, lifting heavier, and doing things I never thought I'd be able to do, but I'm also seeing REAL changes in my health! My resting heart rate, blood work, and other health markers are improving.

Turns out there's actually something to this whole "moving your body" thing. Who knew?! 🤣💪

But seriously, I'm so grateful for the coaches, the encouragement, the friendships, and the community I've found along the way. What started as clicking on a Facebook ad has turned into something I genuinely look forward to every day. (Even when I'm questioning my life choices halfway through class. 😂)

So, in honor of hitting 100 days on Friday, I've decided to celebrate in the most ridiculous way possible...

🎯 10 CLASSES + 10 MILES WALKED THIS WEEK!

Because apparently my idea of celebrating now involves MORE exercise. Someone check on me. 🤣

✅ Class 1/10 DONE this morning!
🚶 10 miles to tackle!

Here's to 100 days of showing up, getting stronger, improving my health, and discovering I'm capable of so much more than I ever gave myself credit for.

And to think... all because Facebook wouldn't leave me alone. 🤣❤️

clocking out of my first long evening at my new home @path2selfperformance! I am so excited to be a fitness coach at this gym that has welcomed me with open arms. I was mentored by some great coaches & the incredibly kind & knowledgeable founder that took a chance on me! I truly can't believe I finally have the opportunity to share my passion of helping others move their bodies & it happens every single time I step foot in this place ❤️ This is just the beginning!!!! Let's get after it ✨🎉🕺🪩 #fitnessmotivation #fitnesscoach #momswholift #fitness

She even gained muscle 🥲 She’s sticking to the plan, tracking her food, and we made one small adjustment.. UP THE WATER!

Here’s what she noticed after drinking at least 100oz of water everyday for a month:

1. “Finally seeing a bigger amount of fat loss in a month’s time than I was previously with similar activity levels, but less water”

2. “I don’t think I’ve had one headache this past month”

3. “Overall improvement in my mood, higher energy levels”

4. “A LOT LESS BLOATING!”

👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

She earned every pound she’s lost and she’s not stopping, she’s just getting started! 🔥

Water is key to flushing toxins, boosting metabolism, and supporting digestion to reduce bloating 🔐
