I’ve been spending my days with local leather craftsmen, sourcing hardware, matching colors, and rethinking the details that make a bag feel truly special. For this limited edition of the Vincenzo 26, I’ve taken the design a step further with a 100% natural goat skin interior. It gives the bag a softer, more refined finish while allowing for easier care, more room inside, and better structural retention. And then there’s the color… Peanut Brittle Brown joins the collection alongside a limited selection of colors, each produced in very small quantities. The Vincenzo 26 is expected to arrive mid-November. For those who want one before the holidays, preorders are now open by DM or through the website. They happen while feeling the weight of a fabric, examining the precision of a finish, asking technical questions, challenging assumptions, and exchanging ideas in real time. That’s where craftsmanship reveals itself, and where partnerships begin. As Patrick Cupid continues to grow, I’m constantly seeking manufacturers, mills, and producers whose standards match my own. Speed to market isn’t luck. It’s relationships. I ordered this additional yardage one week ago from one of my trusted suppliers. I had already started production on these garments two weeks earlier but found myself short on fabric for one unit. As per usual, I was up at 3:00 a.m. chatting with my fabric supplier and placed the order that same night. One week later, I’m back with @yvonne.li.92775838 and ready to keep things moving. I collected the first half of the order to ship to Nantucket, and the remainder will head to Martha’s Vineyard next week. I still get excited every time I see my work brought to life through the hands of talented craftsmen and technicians. The @garmentdistrictnyc never fails to deliver on the value of @madeinnyfashion. When you’re dedicated and committed to your craft, not even life’s little hiccups can deter you from your goals. The relationships you build with your creative partners matter. Digital printing is one of the most environmentally conscious methods of textile production. It also allows for a level of intricate detailing and color placement that can be incredibly complex — and in some cases impossible — to achieve through screen printing or other traditional methods. That said, I deeply value the quality and craftsmanship found in these labor-intensive processes, as they continue to inspire and set the standard for everything I create. As an independent brand committed to responsible design practices, technology plays a vital role in my work. Here, I am collaborating with one of my most trusted developers to produce a collection of 100% silk scarves. Even with advanced digital techniques, the process still demands an exceptional level of precision and scrutiny. Wear and light testing are essential, along with detailed color corrections that require each color placement to be accurately matched to its corresponding color code and @pantone reference. Every color is evaluated under multiple light sources for hue vibrancy, shade, and tonal balance, while textile weight, finish, and texture all influence how color reflects and absorbs light. The final result is an astonishingly complex composition of radiant colors that balance and complement one another.
