Let me introduce myself 👋

I’m Patrick — founder of @apex.vitality.method

Apex Vitality wasn’t created overnight. It’s the result of 10+ years of learning, experimenting, competing, coaching and living it myself.

Growing up, I loved football and fitness (massive Ronaldo fan 😂), which introduced me to the gym early. But there was another reason — I was an insecure kid who wanted to look better, feel better and become more confident.

Training gave me that.

I became fascinated by how much we can change how we look, feel and perform when we understand what our body actually needs.

That curiosity led me into science, spending four years at university studying biochemistry while continuing to learn everything I could about training, nutrition and human performance.

College also taught me how to pursue my fitness while balancing studies, work, relationships and eventually coaching my first clients.

Fitness should enhance your life — not consume it.

Over the next decade, I coached hundreds of clients while progressing my laboratory career, continuing my education and coaching for other companies.

Alongside that, I pursued competitive bodybuilding, eventually winning 1st place at national level — and I’m far from finished.

Those experiences became the foundation of Apex Vitality.

Science taught me WHY.
Bodybuilding taught me APPLICATION.
Coaching taught me INDIVIDUALISATION.
Life taught me how to make it SUSTAINABLE.

Today, Apex is the 1-to-1 service I spent years building towards.

Individualised. Science-led. Data-driven.

We don’t guess what your body needs — we measure it.

Training, nutrition, sleep, activity, recovery, HRV and other biometrics, combined with comprehensive blood analysis of 70+ markers, allow us to continually build and refine a strategy around you.

The mission is simple:

Help busy men become stronger, healthier, more confident and higher-performing — without sacrificing their career, relationships or life to achieve it.

I don’t just coach this.

I’ve lived it for over a decade.

This is Apex Vitality.
