Pre loved quilt upcycled jacket is finished 🥲 this is my first ever major sewing project which I honestly don't know how I would've done if not for an amazing sewing class put on by @pattern.nation

Everything in this project from the quilt base to the bias tape to the thread was thrifted by me! I tried to source from thrift stores but ended up finding everything on marketplace because I had such a specific vision in my head 😆

Stay tuned, I have a super cute project planned for all the leftover fabric 👀

I'm closing in on the finish line! Next time all I have left is closing the sides, adding the collar, and making it all look complete with bias tape!

I'm debating if I could add buttons or snaps or just leave it as an open piece ... Give me your thoughts if you have any!

Infuse your Pride into your clothing & turn your old denim or clothing into a wearable work of art! In this playful, hands-on workshop, you’ll learn techniques for painting on fabric—think bold patterns, expressive brushstrokes, and personalized designs that reflect your unique style.

Bring your own denim jacket, jeans, or t-shirt—or use one of our fabric samples to experiment. No experience needed! Just bring your love of colour, creativity, and fashion that makes a statement!

$45/person, all materials provided. Age 18+.
