We’re not selling gym memberships.

We’re helping you build a fitness routine that adapts to real life. Because life changes, and your fitness should be able to change with you.

What a morning!! 🚀

We had 18 athletes come out to sweat with us—from experienced CrossFitters to people trying CrossFit for the very first time. Watching everyone move, cheer each other on, and fill this space with energy was everything we hoped for.

We truly cannot thank our founding members, friends, and family enough for showing up and helping us officially open the doors to Space City CrossFit. Your support means more than we can put into words.

This is just the beginning. 🚀

And a huge shoutout to our local vendors for helping make the morning even better:

🥤 @imperial_nutritiontx for the delicious, healthy drinks
🌯 @balancedfoodssienna for the healthy wraps and protein balls

Thank you to everyone who came out, supported us, and helped make our Grand Opening so special. We can’t wait to see where this community goes from here. ❤️💙

I just finished my first CrossFit Open and I’m honestly excited about what it awakened in me again.

Does this mean I’m a CrossFitter?
No.

But what it does mean is that I’m crossing back over into every aspect of fitness so I can continue to stay agile, competitive, and athletic.

That competitor in me?
Yeah… she’s still very much alive.

And one thing about me… there was no quit in me until the timer went off on all three workouts.

Each workout taught me something.
Each one helped me settle into my body a little more.
And this last one? It left me wanting more.

And y’all know there’s always a lesson.

Sometimes our minds have us living in places we haven’t quite reached yet. But I’m learning to embrace where I am while still believing in where God is taking me.

The journey isn’t something to rush.
It’s something to build on.

There will always be another challenge.
And in this case… another Open.

My prayer is that when I show up next year, I’m simply a better version of the woman who showed up this year.

Thank you to Patty, Leslee, and Grace yall have been the best support system, coach, and teammates a girl could ask for. 🩷 #personaltrainer #fitover40 #rosharon #gymrat

The way the leader leads… the rest will follow and sometimes the leader needs someone to follow too! Cue these group of amazing woman!!!

It’s important for me to keep challenging myself. To step outside of my comfort zone. To not limit myself or allow my identity to be tied to just one thing, one space, one place, or one group of people.

God has blessed me with a group of women who will literally work out anywhere. In many ways they are just like me — nomads. Women willing to go where they’re called and make the most of whatever space they’re in.

In this season of my personal development, God continues to use physical fitness as a tool to develop me. Through it He reminds me who He says I am and who I belong to.

I’m not just one thing.
I don’t train just one way.
I don’t think just one way.

I travel. I connect. I learn. And I share the wisdom that comes from those experiences.

Every time the world tries to put me in a box, God reminds me that He never created me to stay inside of one.

What I’m most grateful for in this season are these women beside me. Not just because they show up for the workouts, but because they pour back into me the same way I try to pour into others.

They don’t care about my age.
They don’t focus on my ailments.
They don’t acknowledge the limits I sometimes place on myself.

They just show up ready to do the work.

And sometimes that’s all any of us need —
a reminder that we can do it, whatever “it” may be.

Let the work speak for itself. #personaltrainer #fitover40 #nationalwomansday #faithandfitness #fitnessmotivation

Today was an incredible experience @lifetime_missouricity for our MOVE FOR A LIFE TIME event! Members went through a 3 hour SGT Class Crawl! A great workout for a great cause. I was so motivated seeing members push through these workouts while also getting to watch amazing trainers do what they do best! #move #moveforalifetime
