A return to the heart ♥️ What a privilege it is to pause, slow down, and take a moment to go within as the seasons shift. Last night, we practiced heart opening rituals through cacao, journaling, sound healing, oracle cards, tinctures, aromatherapy, and most importantly, community. These kinds of gatherings remind me of the unique magic in the people who show up. They remind me that we’re all just trying our best, every day, to find our way back to our most authentic selves. As humans, we’re meant to gather, to connect, to feel each other’s presence, and to remember that we’re not alone in this experience of being human.

At the end of the day, maybe that’s what we’re all here for: to love deeply, to feel loved, and to create a peaceful life filled with little moments of happiness. ♥️
