The new menu “Kalyaatra” traces the history of Indian cuisine across eight defining eras, from the Indus Valley to the Anglo-Indian period. Meaning “time” and “journey” in Sanskrit, the menu explores 5,000 years of culinary heritage through the ingredients, techniques and traditions that shaped India’s diverse food culture, recreating moments in history through each course.

It was a pleasure for @cocodining.sgn , @chef.vuong , @dang.itsdani and our team to bring a taste of modern Vietnamese flavors to this year’s festival at @anantarasiambangkok — a week filled with inspiring encounters, meaningful collaborations and a shared celebration of food.

The closing brunch was a beautiful finale, bringing chefs, guests and friends together one last time to celebrate the people, stories and flavours that made this edition so special.

A heartfelt thank you to the WGF team, our fellow chefs, @bonvivantcommunications , writers, partners and everyone who joined us throughout the week. We’re grateful to have been part of this culinary journey and to have shared a taste of Vietnam along the way.
