ANBF - A DAY FOR THE HISTORY BOOKS 16 athletes of the team at one of the biggest natural bodybuilding shows in the world. - From a coaching perspective, days like this leave absolutely no room for mistakes. - Not with the peak.
Not with timing.
Not backstage.

Die @anbf_natural_bodybuilding gehört zu den kompetitivsten Shows im Natural Bodybuilding. Wenn du hier gewinnst, ist das kein Glück oder Zufall! Aber genau deshalb erreichen viele Athlet:innen dort nicht das Ergebnis, das sie sich erhofft haben. 🥈Mens Physique 2 @anbf_natural_bodybuilding ⚡️🤯 REDEMPTION FROM 2022 ⏳ Damals bin ich als 7. von der Bühne runter und das hat mich relativ gebrochen: Ich war einfach soooo weit weg davon, kompetitiv zu sein. (Siehe Swipe) Ich hab mir direkt vorgenommen 2026 wieder zu starten und heute absolut ALLES JEDEN TAG dafür gegeben. ⚒️ Von genailter Post-Prep als First Timer für die gute Ausgangslage, in 4 Jahren vlt. 6-8x unter 7h zu schlafen, mir vor JEDEM Set ausreichend Zeit zu nehmen für maximalen Output und wirklich Daily meine Kcal/Macros zu essen. ⛓️ (und hier und da die nötige Flexibilität einzustreuen, um langfristig am Ball zu bleiben 🫀) Jetzt hier einen 2. Platz bei einer ANBF zu holen, die in der Zwischenzeit zur Show des Jahres gewachsen ist, ist für mich unpackbar … ❤️🚀 Mein jahrelang unausgesprochenes Ziel war es bei meiner Rückkehr iiiiirgendwie eine Top 5 zu packen, gar nicht wegen der Platzierung per sé, sondern wegen dem Progress 📈 HARD WORK WORKS 👤 #naturalbodybuilding #passion

GBA 2026 - TEAM TB DELIVERED. A new show. A new stage. A new challenge. - Competing at a show for the very first time always comes with a certain level of uncertainty. Different judging, a new location, unfamiliar processes and plenty of things you can only fully assess once you’re actually there. - As a coach, adapting to those circumstances is part of the job. And the same goes for the athletes. - But what the @gba_ev delivered this weekend was absolutely outstanding. - From the stage setup to the organization and the overall atmosphere, everything came together to create an incredible experience for everyone involved. - And our athletes made damn sure to deliver on that stage. 13 Athletes. 10 of them in the Top 3. - 🏆 3 Overall Wins 🎫 3 Pro Cards 🥇 3 Class Wins 🥈 4 Runner-Up 🥉 3 Third-Place Finisher - But what made this weekend so special wasn’t just the results. - It was the collective effort behind them. - Our backstage team making sure everything ran smoothly, handling the details and supporting every single athlete throughout the day. - Once again. GBA MENS PHYSIQUE OVERALL 🥇- MP Short 🏆- MP Overall 💳- GBA Pro Card - First show. First class win. First Overall title secured. - That pretty much sums up the show day at @gba_ev for first-timer @admirmx A package that looked anything but first-timer was rewarded with multiple titles and a Pro Card this weekend and deservedly so. - Our first milestone of the season, and one we’ll continue to build on over the coming weeks. In two weeks, we have a very special show coming up, so we’ll be making one final push to bring an even better package to the stage. - I’m proud of you, my friend. - I know how far you’ve come to get to this point. Things haven’t always gone smoothly, and you’ve had to go through a lot along the way.
