One I never actually shared… 📖

Back in June, I was proud to be featured on the front cover of Touchstone’s Success Story Magazine, reaching a community of around 30,000 members and further afield

The feature was about building a profitable 6-property portfolio in just over 12 months something that, when I look back, I’m genuinely proud of

But the number of properties is only part of the story

It represents the decision I made to take property seriously, step outside my comfort zone, invest in myself, learn from people who’ve been there, done it and take consistent action.

There have been plenty of challenges, mistakes, long days and lessons along the way… but brick by brick, things have moved forward. 🧱

And to be trusted with the front cover of a magazine within a community of around 30,000 people was a pretty special milestone

I just never got around to sharing it! 🤦🏼‍♂️

A lot has changed since this was published in June and there’s still plenty more to build. 🚀

Today, I’m also helping other investors build property portfolios across the North West, sourcing opportunities and taking the hands-on work out of property investing for those who want a more hands-off approach.

Just under four months ago - I had my left knee totally replaced after a serious injury leaving me unable to function.
Today - I have just completed walking (I am not allowed to even jog ... yet...) in just under 1.5 hours a 5-mile Bedford Charity Chase around Turvey way where we have raised over £7000 for charity.
Lovely course; great views and wonderful vibe generally.
I was last because I was walking it with the Tail Walker, Eva. Did I care? No - and the welcome by participants as I got to the Finish Line was fantastic. (Thanks, if you were there!)
Thanks to my wife Deborah for arranging it.
So - if anyone is facing total knee replacement (TKR) or has just had one done - be assured - keep positive; you will recover and you will get out there again.
Onwards and upwards!

Another busy week of travel, incredible experiences and chaos, all made possible because of trading.

First up, fulfilling a childhood dream of Josh’s and seeing @celinedion live!

We had tickets about 8 years ago in Vegas before she became ill, so finally seeing her perform was pretty emotional. What a testament to will, resilience and hard work. Go Celine! ❤️

As you can see from the pictures, she also fell madly in love with me and apparently shares my passion for a Domino’s Meateor, garlic & herb dip. Oh how we laughed… in AI. 😂🍕

We randomly bumped into friends and business partners @paulsmithwealth and @anikosmithwealth before heading back to the UK on @eurostar with a couple of champagnes. Thanks @instarory 🥂

Then straight to the north for the Property Wealth Summit with @touchstoneeducation where I got to speak to nearly 1,000 people about trading, plus catch up with some of my current mentees, which I LOVED!

The weekend didn’t slow down either. House-moving party, another train to London, and possibly cheesy chips and curry sauce en route. 🙈

Sunday started brilliantly on a podcast with @bradstaines10 a top guy, although the size of his arms has reminded me I desperately need to get back in the gym!!

Then came the train nightmare to Manchester. Delays meant I was going to miss my STARTrading Masterclass… unacceptable.

Solution? Hire a driver. AKA a £240 TAXI ‼️

Painful. But worth every penny to make the session on time.

What a week.
And now… we go again.
