I cannot fully put into words how little justice this video does at capturing the energy and intention in the room but I’m so happy to have shared space with so many inspiring women who showed up, chose themselves and decided to share that with others 💗

Sometimes I have to pinch myself when I find myself in spaces I once dreamed of.

It’s an honor being invited places and getting to share the stories and experiences.

Today I had the pleasure of spending the morning with @theiconicseriesxmj @seventhirtygoods @lizlates @pausa.chi
For the “CALIENTE & ICONIC” event!

45 min mat pilates class, planning workshop, matcha + motivational reflection time! Couldn’t have spent time in a more beautiful place. Thank you ladies for giving latinas a space to feel seen and heard.

I can’t wait for the next event

We had the best time hosting @pausa.chi a new Latina-owned matcha & coffee company centered around slow movement 🫶🏼 Guests crafted their own charm accessories while sipping matcha ✨ This was the ultimate Sunday activity in Logan Square 🍵 Visit Charm Bar Chicago for more pop-ups and events this summer! 💕 Add Charm Bar Chicago to your Chicago itinerary #thingstodochicago #charmbracelets #charmnecklace #matcha #charmbar

Past 72 hours..

Worked a 24 hour shift.

Ran a 1 mile race.
Super decent time for not running this race in years.
180 lbs proving speed and strength can coexist.

Pop up matcha event for @pausa.chi x @charmbarchicago

Grateful for this momentum🙏🏼
