500th class was today.

Most mornings I don’t feel like going.

Workout, cold plunge, sauna, then the Aescape massage. The recovery is the part most people skip, and it’s the reason I can come back and do it again tomorrow.

Same thing in business. The standard you keep for yourself becomes the ceiling for your team and your clients. If you can’t keep a promise to yourself, why would anyone trust the promises you make to them?

It doesn’t have to be the gym. Pick your thing and stay on it.

The only competition is Me VS. Me.
Health is wealth.

What’s the one promise you keep breaking to yourself?
