The cheesecake brioche was perfect. Blue corn sable not pictured because I devoured it 😅 Excited to make French toast with that croissant loaf too. Anddd most definitely coming back for that tiramisu and apple fritter!

This Panama Janson iced pour over was sooo smooth and refreshing. Delicious. I could use another one with this heatwave 🥵☀️

Before this year I’d never had pan de muerto but now I’m so curious to try everyone’s take on it. Absolutely loved this one and I’m excited to try Alejandra’s other pastries ✨

This entire spread was absolutely amazing. I thought about it for days 😅

I know everyone raves about the tuna sandwich but the brisket sandwich is so good 😮‍💨

I’ve missed coming here to work on Fridays so this was an extra nice visit. Tried the new seasonal, sweet potato spice latte ✨

So. Damn. Good. I love this place. Top flavor is halo halo and the bottom is mais con queso.

I’ve been craving Wallflour for a minute. Have yet to try the tavern pizza, but soon!

I basically ran when I saw black sesame AND red bean 🔥

Okay here’s your weekly pastry update from Pavé. We have a couple of changes for this Saturday 9/12 as well as a surprise or two.

Apples have landed at the market so Apple Fritters are on the menu and we can’t wait to share them with you! Fluffy enriched dough and lightly sweetened apples seasoned with cinnamon and green cardamom then finished with vanilla bean glaze. So good.

As always, we’ll post the final menu for this Saturday 9/12 after our market run.
This will be a farewell to summer so come enjoy the last of stone fruit and berries before we transition to fall time flavors.

Hope to see you there and thanks for everything, LA!

Carbsss. I love sweets and I love bread and this is why I need my knee to heal. So I can keep running around, chasing carbs…makes it more fun 😅 There was a point where I was like it could be fun to review things I try. Absolutely not haha but I still do love to take photos of them. I just don’t want to record myself eating or drinking them 😂
