Last weekend, our 3rd Annual Payton Harvey Cheer EmpowHER Camp brought together over 80 girls for two days of cheer, confidence-building, leadership, and community.

Throughout the weekend, campers focused on cheer skill development, performance preparation, teamwork, and stunting, while also engaging in positive self-talk strategies, yoga and mindfulness activities, and lessons centered on self-determination, resilience, and believing in themselves both on and off the mat.

To every camper, parent, coach, volunteer, sponsor, community partner, and supporter—thank you for believing in EmpowHer! Because of you, these girls were reminded that they are strong, capable, and worthy of taking up space.

Thank you for helping us continue empowering future leaders through cheer. See everyone next year!🩵💛
