Lagree is always more fun together. 💜

Having a familiar face beside you can make those first shaky legs and spring-loaded movements feel a whole lot less intimidating.

Here’s what to expect at your first Peak45 class:
✨ A welcoming instructor who will guide you every step of the way.
✨ A low-impact, high-intensity workout that challenges your entire body.
✨ Plenty of shakes (they’re a good thing! 😉).
✨ The most supportive community that’s cheering you on from start to finish.

Grab your workout buddy and come find your strong together. 💪

Lagree isn’t “like” strength training. It is strength training and it’s the perfect addition to your weightlifting routine. 💪🏼

Through resistance, time under tension, slow controlled movements, and full-body engagement, Lagree challenges your muscles in a way that builds strength, endurance, and control.🔥

Find your strong at Peak45. 💜

100 Days Strong. 30,500+ classes. One incredible PEAK45 community. 💜

Over the last 100 days, more than 750 of you committed to showing up—for yourselves and for each other.

A special congratulations to Heather Vickers, who completed an incredible 107 classes, and Natalie Williams, who completed 100 classes during this challenge— an amazing display of dedication and consistency. 👏

But 100 Days Strong was never just about hitting a number.

Whether you completed the challenge, reached a new personal milestone, took more classes than you normally would have, or simply kept showing up and giving it your best, you should be proud of what you accomplished.

The challenge may be over, but the strength, confidence, and habits you built don’t have to be.

Thank you for making this summer stronger. 🔥💜

Happy happy Birthday to @nathalie_pepito 🎉💜

In addition to training for her first body building show, she is a Lagree instructor some days, Our Client Relations Coordinator every day, and sometimes everything all at once — you bring passion, drive, and an unmatched work ethic to everything you do. Our St. George location is so lucky to be getting you. You’re the glue behind the scenes and we honestly don’t know what we’d do without you.

Thank you for showing up for our clients, our team, and every single person who steps on a machine. Today is all about YOU!

Happy birthday, Nathalie! 🎂

The last two days with the team at Peak45 Park City filled my cup!

It was an incredible honor to spend time with a group so eager to learn, grow, and serve their future clients by deepening their Level 2 education.

Every certification reminds me why I’m so passionate about this method. That passion never fades. If anything, it grows stronger.

I always leave with a deeper sense of purpose, a better understanding of myself, a greater appreciation for others, and even more respect for this incredible method we get to teach.

Thank you, Peak45 Park City, for trusting me to be part of your journey. I can’t wait to see the impact each of you has! 🫶🏻🩷

Yesterday morning, I had the opportunity to teach a Peak 45 inspired mat class at Vuori.

I had the best time!

But what I walked away with wasn’t just gratitude for the opportunity, it was a moment of reflection.

As I stood there teaching, I couldn’t help but think about where this journey began and just how far it’s taken me over the past 14 years.

When I first started teaching, I would literally sneak downstairs to our garage at 5:00 AM to rehearse my barre classes before my babies woke up.

I was terrified!

Terrified I’d forget the choreography, terrified I’d say the wrong thing, terrified people would realize I had no idea what I was doing.

I wasn’t practicing because I was confident.

I was practicing because I cared and because I refused to let fear hold me back.

Today, I have the privilege of helping people build strength and confidence through personal training, Lagree, and barre. I’m now more able to walk into those rooms with a confidence I never imagined back then.

Not because fear disappeared, because every class, every client, every uncomfortable moment taught me that confidence isn’t something you have before you begin.

It’s something you build by showing up anyway.

That’s why I have so much empathy for the woman who’s nervous to walk into a gym, pick up a weight, hire a trainer, or try something completely new.

I know that feeling all too well!

Whether it’s strength training, your first fitness class, starting a business, or chasing a dream that’s been sitting on your heart, don’t wait until you feel confident. Start while you’re still a little scared.

One day you’ll look back and realize the person you are today was built by the version of you who kept showing up, even when she wasn’t sure she could.

And for me, it all started with a 5:00 a.m. alarm, a garage, and the decision to keep showing up.

Happy Birthday to everyone’s best friend! The same girl who asked us not to post about her birthday because she hates the spotlight.😂😘

Anytime Alison is asked to brag about herself, she uses it as an opportunity to brag about her peers instead. In addition to being the most humble human being— she is selfless, kind, STRONG, successful, pure sunshine.☀️

For those of you that don’t know her; she is an owner of Peak45. She does more behind the scenes than ANYONE will ever know because she does it quietly and purely for the benefit of others.💜

She is a #lululemonambassador and was recently extended for another year in the role (which is NOT a normal thing) because she is INCREDIBLE! Her energy is infectious and people simply want to share any part of the universe with her for as long as they possibly can.✨

We could go on for days bragging about her achievements and her heart but instead— we’ll let all of you take it from here. Leave a comment below about something you love about Alison.❤️‍🔥
