MOMS, you’re not training just to look strong. You’re training to LIVE strong. 💪

That squat you’re watching? It’s about a whole lot more than your legs.

Every time you train movements that challenge your strength, balance, and coordination, you’re building skills that carry into motherhood.

🔥 **STRENGTH** — Picking up your kids, carrying groceries, and handling everyday demands.

⚖️ **BALANCE** — Staying steady when you’re carrying a toddler, a diaper bag, and your entire life.

💪 **MOBILITY** — Getting down on the floor to play and back up without struggling.

🧠 **BRAIN-BODY CONNECTION** — Practicing focus, coordination, and controlled movement.

❤️ **CONFIDENCE** — Knowing your body is capable of doing hard things.

Because motherhood is physical.

And training isn’t just about adding years to your life. It’s about adding CAPABILITY to those years.

We’re not just raising strong kids. We’re showing them what strong women look like.

**M.O.M. — Mind On a Mission.**

Save this for your next leg day, and send it to a mom who needs the reminder.

⚡️💨KELEN GOLD💪🏾⚡️
@kelengold

Love watching WRs emerge & get into a mode where they genuinely believe they CANT be guarded‼️📈
No matter the circumstances.

Kelen is one of the hardest working guys in the room, always✔️
Kelen also takes a lot of pride in his craft & it’s showing✔️

You never know when your opportunities will arise, just stay prepared for the moment‼️

OPPORTUNITIES with POSITIVE outcomes lead to MORE OPPORTUNITIES✔️

⬇️**GROWTH**⬇️

When ( @msommers_3 ) started with us a @peakathlete , it rough ROUGH😂
BUUUUT Mason was so consistent this offseason & NEVER backed down from competition.

Especially when the competition was JRs and SRs or even the BYU DBs (shout out Coach Rob and his DAWGS).

Mason showed up & embraced the uncomfortable. He embraced the hard summer days, dying in the heat.
He even learned to love the z-tread😂😂😂
Most of all, Mason understood mistakes are going to happen, you just have to figure out to how fix those mistakes.
Mason learned to remove his emotions from training and have a short memory📈📈📈

Mason showed major GROWTH‼️📈

There’s a ton more highlights from @msommers_3 this season, but this is definitely my favorite‼️

Well, the game only took 56 hours to complete but at least we got the win. Undefeated regular season. But that means nothing if we don’t win the next 3. Time to turn up the heat…bring on the playoffs!

The little things make a big difference. Blocking, making plays, and fighting for every yard.

It’s never about one guy — it’s about all of us putting in the work and doing our part. Proud to battle alongside these guys.
