We made an album. We did the damn thing and we didn't really care if anyone listened or not. This was a fully "for us" thing and if people tuned in, then awesome we'll get to do it again, but if not, we at least can say we did it. And somehow, people tuned in and really connected with it in ways we never really anticipated. It was so incredible for everyone involved to just immediately get what we were doing and going for and being 100% on board for it. So thank you to absolutely everyone who listened, continue to listen, and a huge thanks to everyone who helped make this possible.

Thanks to @james.final.mp4 for making artwork better than we even imagined and somehow having the exact same idea for artwork that Justin was imagining without having talked about it at all.

Thanks to @penguinbydom for seeing the vision and making it a sonic reality. You deserve every bit of the success you're getting and more and I'm so excited to see you continue to kill it. (Also thanks to @communityoflivingthings for absolutely KILLING those masters first try).

Thanks to @easterxdaily for making us so pretty in the promos and being such a cool guy.

And lastly, thank you @peannuttt___ for being the best bandmate I could ever ask for.

Sometimes life can be pretty good and you can live your dreams for a minute.

Long time and good time homies @feralvices hit me up about a year ago with a concept record EP idea that they wanted a world of artwork for. I went on a lot of walks around the neighborhood listening to the demos and trying to conceptualize where to head with this, and here’s where we landed.

EP artwork and 5 singles, all cut out from vintage Nat Geo magazines and scanned in. Human, ambitious, flawed and imperfect, and imo beautiful. Thanks to all the friends that cut stuff out of magazines during the Super Bowl earlier this year, and thanks to @insta_hoagie and @peannuttt___ for the trust and being awesome collaborators. Go give their new EP a listen it’s fucking badass.

Some pictures featuring my face because that's what people do and I would love validation and the ego boost from you liking my face. I got to see a lot of people I've missed for a long time this summer, got to hang with friends old and new, and am slowly building the life I always wanted.

Another song from our most punk record so far. This song might've been the easiest song to write out of all of them, I don't even remember writing it but I remember coming up with the main riff and then suddenly everything fell into place. The chorus of this song "it's just a race to the end" is a line I'd had for years before I was able to figure out a placement for it that gave it the space I felt it deserved in a song. Thanks to @peannuttt___ for killing the drums, @penguinbydom for producing and mixing the crap out of this, @communityoflivingthings for mastering it like a master, and @james.final.mp4 for continuing to make the absolute best artwork.

It's been a rough time to be an artist and try to be in a band. The world shut down right as we started and didn't get going for 2 years, we'd never done anything like a two-piece before and I didn't want to just be another two-piece band that sounds like the White Stripes or Royal Blood. I wanted something to sound like more than 2 people but also to somehow not. I wanted it to be heavy, but fun to listen to. I wanted to be able to write anything I think is cool and it fit within the band's sound easily. These were lofty goals for a guy who wasn't very good at singing or playing guitar and had basically no expendable income to figure it out. So here we are 6 years later and releasing these songs that I feel like are the first ones that show what we're capable of and it's only getting better from here. If you've never listened to my band, now is the best time to check it out. If you've listened before and thought it was fine or even disliked it, I'll love you forever if you give us another shot. And if you've been here the whole time, thank you. Please share this song with your friends, post it on your socials, like and share the posts. We live in an entirely algorithmic world and unless people help us, we won't be able to keep doing this and (maybe I'm deluded, but) I think it's important. We don't make music because we want to be cool or we think it's cool or whatever. We're passionate about this and feel like this is something we have to do. So, any and all help is appreciated. Support your friends and support art. We need it now more than ever. Shout out to @penguinbydom for helping us figure out how to record our nonsense, shout out to @communityoflivingthings for putting that special sauce on it, shout out to @james.final.mp4 for making artwork way cooler than anything I could've dreamed of, shout out to @easterxdaily for getting our good sides in the photos. And thanks for being my main dawg, @peannuttt___, I don't tell you how much I appreciate you enough.
