Lake Powell was life changing, we had some amazing tranings led by @coryxclark. I am grateful to be at a place that has the trajectory and values that @egpc_d2d does and has. Can’t wait to build something undeniable this year!

Summer #3 ✅ - The Summer of Ownership

Stats:
- 600k serviced in 4 months ✅
- 3.4 million serviced in my downline. 2.4 million of that in a branch I opened up and own ✅
- Personally recruit and train a Golden Door ✅ @peaytheman
- 100k RPR ✅
- Never start from zero again ✅

This year was the easiest year of my career yet I put in more work, effort and preparation behind the scenes than ever before. There is no better feeling than getting to work for a business you truly have ownership in. I have so much more control on how things are done within my branch which causes me much less stress and much more confidence when I sell and recruit.

I’m excited to continue to grow my current branch, but even more excited to help my people get into ownership themselves and start their own branches.

I’m incredibly grateful for the leadership at Enviroguard that has made the process of opening a branch feel almost seamless. And I couldn’t be more thankful for my team for trusting in me as leader and absolutely throwing down this year!

If the concept of ownership is something that even slightly peaks your interest, we should talk.

These reps didn’t just survive August, they dominated it 👊

This is the month burnout sets in. The excuses start sounding reasonable. The momentum that carried you through June and July gets tested hard.

These reps didn’t let it slip.

Huge shout out to the top performers in August, you guys kept your numbers high and your foot on the gas when it mattered most.

And to every rep who sold this summer, this was a massive year. We believe deeply in what this opportunity can do for our reps who are willing to chase it and watching so many of you prove that this year has been incredible.

We’re proud of what’s been built. We’re even more excited for what’s coming next.

If you’re ready for an opportunity that can actually change your life, it’s time to stop watching from the outside.

DMs are open. Come build the future of EnviroGuard with us. 🔥

Ryan Peay had a sophomore year for the record books and qualified for the Golden Door!

This is one of the best sophomore performances we’ve seen. His numbers have stacked up all season, his office has grown right alongside him and the consistency he’s shown is the kind you can build a career on.

There’s a lot to learn from how Ryan approached this year.

This level of performance also qualifies him for a Golden Door Award. Congrats Ryan, this one’s well deserved. 🔥

$800,000 and counting 🔥

This isn’t a small milestone. This is the result of thousands of interactions, thousands of doors, thousands of pitches, all adding up to a number most reps never get close to.

Huge congrats to our two veteran reps, Zach and Ryon. Both of you pushed harder than ever this year and blew your personal best out of the water. This is what happens when the work finally catches up to the effort.

And a massive shoutout to our sophomore rep, Ryan Peay. Second year in the industry and already putting up numbers like this. That’s not normal. That’s hustle.

What these three are building is bigger than a season. It’s proof of what’s possible in this industry when you commit to the process.

If you’re looking to make life changing money and build sales skills that carry you anywhere, DM us. We’re already building our roster for next summer. 🔥
