1 - A VISIT FROM PÉLE! 🙌🏻⚽️

Our end of season presentation was one of the biggest highlights of the year

But what made it super special was a visit from Saints legend, Péle!

He arrived to a massive reception of extremely grateful Meteors and helped us give out our hard-earned awards 🙌🏻

We are so grateful to Péle and it was the biggest highlight of the year 💪🏻💙

Well, what can we say!?

On Saturday we held our annual presentation ceremony to celebrate what has been a phenomenal season!!

There are so so many individuals to show our appreciation to that it simply will not fit in one post! 🫶🏻 as well as the countless local businesses and supporters who have cheered us on every step of the way!
Over the next few days we will showcase some of the highlights and of course thank everyone who helped make our end of season celebrations a success 💙

We want to start off our highlights, with a very special mention for a footballing legend!

Southampton FC's very own PELÉ!!!

When Pelé received the invitation to join us in celebration, he did not hesitate! — he turned up in person, ready to help us make the day unforgettable. Pelé spent the afternoon meeting our players, chatting with families, posing for photos, and helping hand out trophies. He made every single child feel seen, valued, and celebrated! The smiles on their faces said it all 🫶🏻

For a Southampton legend to give up his time, stand beside our young people, and cheer them on in person was something truly special. Moments like this will stay with our children forever!

Thank you, Pelé, for your kindness, your energy, and your belief in inclusive football. You helped make our presentation day magical. 💙⚽

🎬 BLOOPER ALERT! 😂

Even the best takes don't always go to plan! Here's one of Pele's funniest behind-the-scenes moments when we were filming for the @nhs_wca bowel screening campaign.

While we had a laugh filming, there's one message we're serious about: if you're invited for bowel screening, don't put it off. It could help detect bowel cancer early, when treatment is most effective.

Watch the blooper, have a laugh, and remember to complete your test kit when it arrives.

In all seriousness it was a pleasure to play in the @sdiftk charity match, raising over £3,000 for a great cause ❤️

Also to play alongside some childhood legends 👊

⚽️In the prescience of legends of football ⚽️

An evening of light hearted entertainment and a little bit of old skool skills brought everyone together for a charity event in memory of a man that was known by so many Kevin Roe.

The game was held at @sholingfc and it was a game of Sholing fc youth managers against the Saints Fc ledgends but unfortunately the saints team came out triumphant.

Please feel free to anyone that was involved 👍
