Asides our regular monthly sessions, we’re doing something a little different this month.

We’re hosting a special Women’s Session focused on the experiences, questions and conversations that are often left unsaid when it comes to women and running.

Some are questions we’ve wondered about for years. Some we’ve only ever discussed quietly with a friend. And some, we simply learn to live with, without ever asking.

So we're creating a space to ask them openly, honestly, and anonymously.

We’ve set up an anonymous link where you can send in any question you’ve always wanted to ask about the female runner’s body, training, recovery and everything in between.

Submit your questions, and get a response in our next special Women’s session, link is in bio👆🏾

Beautiful run organized by @runclubabuja. I was able to put myself to the test.

Massive shoutout to @olatoxx @peejayla and the whole team who curated the route. Hope to see more of this!

If you aren’t a runner, take this as your sign to start running.

It’s tomorrow guys! 🏃🏾‍♀️

Run Club Abuja (RCA) is set for its 6th Annual Charity Half Marathon scheduled for July 11, with proceeds from the event dedicated to providing life-saving neonatal equipment for two public hospitals in the Federal Capital Territory.

The Half marathon, themed “Run with Rhythm”, is expected to attract about 1,000 participants competing in the 21.1km, 10km and 5km races.

Beyond promoting fitness, the annual charity marathon has become a platform for mobilising citizens, businesses and development partners to invest in healthcare, reinforcing the role of collective action in national development through sports.
