SENIOR GAMES HIGHLIGHTS ⚽️💚🇧🇧

A day filled with movement, laughter, connection and unforgettable moments!

From the friendly competition to the smiles and shared experiences, Saturday reminded us that staying active is about so much more than physical activity. It’s about community, confidence and enjoying life at every age. 👟🏾

At Cat’s International Sports, we’re proud to celebrate active living and create opportunities for people to move, connect and thrive.

You can be part of this journey too! 💚

MOVEMENT MONDAY ⚽️💚

Saturday reminded us of something we believe deeply at Cat’s International Sports, active aging!

Our eldest participant 79 year old Ms. Norma Cox at the National Senior Games showed us that age is no barrier to staying active, getting involved and enjoying the moment. 🇧🇧

Movement isn’t just about competition. It’s about connection, confidence and most importantly, health and wellness!

Here’s to keeping active at every age. 💚

In Part 2 of Troy’s story, he sheds light on the importance of supporting caregivers — and making time to care for yourself, too. 💜

That’s why it’s so important that we #ShareTheCare, so no one person has to carry the weight alone.

Throughout this campaign, it’s been a pleasure to connect with you, the community! 💜

The conversations we’ve had (and continue to have) about caregiving and sharing the responsibility of care within our families and communities 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿. Because the people who need us most (our children, older loved ones and people with disabilities) shouldn’t be left to carry the weight alone. When everyone shows up, everyone benefits.

We saw the power of these conversations at our Massy Stores pop-up, where we connected with the public and shared the message of #ShareTheCare.

There is always more we can do to support one another. Let’s keep showing up, sharing the responsibility and #ShareTheCare together. 🫶
