Coaches can throw your whiteboards away when using the NextGen Performance Platform. Here is an example of how coaches can use our system for a pre lift walk through.

Day 1, on the big screen TV. Live Lift briefs your entire team from the TV. Every block, every exercise, every demo video. Tap next and walk your athlete through the day’s workout. Our platform works seamlessly with @perch.fit

Quantifying is key 🔑

We use @perch.fit cameras at @competitor.fit to help guide our athletes’ training. By tracking bar speed and path, we can monitor performance changes and manage fatigue throughout a training block.

Most importantly, athletes get immediate feedback on every rep. This drives intent and gives them something tangible to compete against: themselves.

We believe in getting real results, which is why we track everything.

Doing something over and over again is repetition not consistency. Consistency is when you are pushed outside of your comfort zone.

It’s not that people don’t have what it takes, sometimes it’s that people don’t realize it’s going to take everything you got.

Build strength together. Carry the weight for each other. If my brother’s in the fight, I’m in that shit with him.
