Our 12 hour WOD held at the end of September has now raised over £1,000 towards getting an MPG box defibrillator🤩💪❤️

Thank you so much to all of our incredible members and their generosity, even those who couldn’t participate on the day have donated and we are very grateful to each and every person who has ❤️

Yesterday we held a 12-hour WOD to raise funds for an MPG Box Defib 💪❤️ It was so good to see so many of our members popping down throughout the day to take part in as many wods as they could 🤩

A huge shout out to the guys who stayed for the whole 12 hours @josh__norman @jane6199 @eloise.hv and MPG coaches @mattgigg @_gemwellbeing @andrewcooke27 and @clarkee51 🙌💪

We raised over £500, with lots more to come this week and are a step closer to getting this lifesaving piece of kit ❤️

Absolutely love watching these guys progress and develop as competitive CrossFit athletes 💪🏽
Both have qualified for this years @strengthindepthuk and I can’t wait to coach then and watch them smash it while represent @crossfitmpg 🔥
So much potential and excited to see what 2024 has in store for them both 🏋🏼‍♀️

CrossFit Open 2024 done ✅🥳
We’ve had the best time over the past three weeks with our awesome team all getting stuck into the workouts 💪🙌

From our members doing their first ever Open workouts to the guys who’ve been with us for years, getting stuck into their 7th, 8th and even 10th one we are in awe of you all 💪❤️

Everyone has given it 100%, cheered everyone on and supported each other every single week, it’s been bloody brilliant and we are looking forward to seeing how a number of our crew get on in the quarterfinals ☺️🙌
