Jonathan’s results in 3 months:

✅ Muscle mass +2 kg
✅ Fat mass -2.5 kg
✅ Deadlift 5 reps at 1.5x bodyweight

“With the support of a real pro like Zoltan I was able to achieve personal goals faster than I’d imagined. He was also really good at adapting the workouts whenever there was a need for that and finding exercises that worked specifically for me. As a cherry on top, Zoltan is a really nice guy with a great sense of humor!”

100kg Zercher Bulgarian split squat 💀

Not gonna lie — this one hits different. Core on fire, legs shaking, and every rep feels like a battle.

Holding the bar in the Zercher position forces you to stay honest — no shortcuts, no ego lifting. Just pure tension and control.

Single-leg work isn’t optional. It’s where strength gets real.

If you’ve never tried these… start lighter. Then build up. 100kg doesn’t come easy.

Max’s progress in 5 months 💪🏼

✅ First muscle-up
✅ Body fat 19% → 13%
✅ Better eating habits and overall fitness
✅ Increased daily steps

“Even though I’ve been active for years, I finally realized how big a difference an expert coach makes. With Zoltan’s structure, I leveled up fast. In just 5 months I dropped body fat while getting stronger, hit new PRs, and achieved my first muscle-up, a goal we set from day one. The game-changer was the full-picture approach: training, nutrition, and daily routines working together.”

If you always train the same range or angle, you may develop strong muscles but weak joints.
Changing the joint angles during exercise is beneficial because it:
1. Builds strength across the full range
2. Improves joint resilience
3. Stimulates different tissues
4. Enhances neuromuscular control
5. Reduces weak links in the strength curve

Another major point is neurological control
The brain learns force production, coordination, stability at specific joint positions

If a joint enters a position where the nervous system cannot control force, the brain often protects the joint by limiting range, creating tightness, reducing mobility

Training many joint angles tells the brain:

This position is safe and controllable.

It might be one of the greatest forearm pump ever

So change the angle and be stronger 💪🏼

Client spotlight: Anna 🏃‍♀️
.
.
Anna came to @performanceunit_com with a clear goal:
✔️Run a half marathon under 2 hours
✔️Set a new personal record
✔️Keep doing the sport she already loved- but do it better
.
.
Through a structured plan built around 3-4 targeted runs per week, combined with 2-3 resistance training sessions, we focused on improving strength, efficiency and recovery.
.
.
The result?
➡️ A new PB
➡️ A sub-2h half marathon
➡️ And running that felt noticeably easier
➡️ Lower body fat percentage
.
.
This is what happens when smart planning meets consistent execution. Well done Anna 👏

Unlock Your Hips with the Cossack Squat 🥋🔥

Tight hips? Stiff adductors? Limited depth in your squat?
Hip mobility is one of the biggest limiting factors in strength training AND daily movement — and most people don’t train it intentionally.

That’s where the Cossack squat comes in.

✨ Why hip mobility matters:
• Reduces lower-back and knee stress
• Improves squat depth and stability
• Enhances athletic performance (speed, power, change of direction)
• Keeps your body moving well as you get stronger

🔥 How the Cossack squat helps:
This side-to-side squat variation opens up your hips, ankles, and groin while building strength through full range of motion. It stretches one side, loads the other, and teaches your body to stay strong in positions it usually avoids
