Lobster Time! 🦞

When George told me months ago that he went to Red Lobster for his birthday dinner from ages 14-21 (for the bit, of course) I had the idea to put a twist on that theme for his birthday this year. It was so fun to do a mix of seasonal dishes with a hint of that Red Lobster flair 🍹 Big thanks to everyone who joined to make it so special!

Menu:
- “Lobsterita” station with homemade strawberry basil / pineapple mint mixers
- Prosciutto wrapped cantaloupe with balsamic glaze
- Spicy tuna crispy rice (not pictured)
- Homemade copycat Red Lobster Cheddar Biscuits (the star of the show)
- Zucchini casserole with feta and thyme
- Lobster pasta with lemon, tomato, and basil
- Arugula salad with grilled halloumi and peaches
- Brown butter chocolate chip cookies with vanilla ice cream (but the Lobsteritas had hit so we forgot to get footage!)

It’s absolutely none of my business how many times I said “um” and “you know” or my vocal fry… but I’m extremely grateful to @outleadership for inviting me to speak on a panel with such celebrated artists. I tend to shy away from being in front of the camera and this project scared me, so that’s why I did it. Speaking in a series apart of a global leadership summit for LGBTQ+ professionals used to be something I literally had nightmares about, but I did it. Thank you @citi @outleadership @perilund for believing in me 💗
