A journey built one training session at a time. 🥋

From the hard rounds on the mats to the moment they received their blue belts, every step of the journey matters.

Today, we celebrate our newest blue belts at Gracie Barra Davenport. More than a new belt, this is a new chapter in their Jiu-Jitsu journey.

Congratulations to our newest blue belts! 👊🏻🔺

Keep showing up. Keep learning. Keep growing! 🔥

We asked: “Why do you train Muay Thai?” 🥊

And we got all kinds of answers 😂
Self-defense, family, fitness, a hobby… and of course, because it’s just way too much fun! 🔥

But what about you? Why would you train? 👀🥊

Two year ago today, Destiny couldn’t walk. We changed our entire life around. Stretching at home, going for walks, fueling our bodies with healthy food, doing homeschool so we can function…. And the enrolling in Muay Thai for self defense. Now look at her. Forever grateful for @gbdavenportfl giving her a positive outlook on staying strong and a fun way to keep her body moving. She still has some hard days with her body pain but that’s ok. Look at the progress 💪. If you think you can’t… you CAN. This is proof.
