One more month to go before I compete in the @athensthrowdown crossfit finale. A month on focusing more on what I need for myself. Training , practice, nutrition, sleep, rest and enjoy. I am so blessed to have Steven at my side, he has to deal with me being a lot in the gym to train so being tired at home, no alcohol and go to bed early. He motivates me to give the best of myself every day. I never takes his support and love for granted. It doesn’t matter what you do, it always takes two to make your goals fun and successful. #blessed #athenesthrowdown #skyhealththebox #loveforlife #fitcouple #metonabox #focusonthegood
