The end of an era.
7 years with Life Time, 6 of those with Life Time Work.

Life Time provided my first major professional experience after many years in the service industry. I learned a lot from my seasoned leaders and amazing colleagues. So much happened in my time here - I helped to get 2 locations up and running, I bought a new car and a house, lost pets, and said hello and goodbye to wonderful coworkers.

While no job is perfect, I'm tremendously grateful to Life Time for the chance to be a part of this new product, bringing an elevated coworking service to the growing industry. I'll take those lessons with me.

It's not farewell, it's until next we meet again 💕✨️

#ltworkdowntownminneapolis Rooftop Pride Danze Jam: photo post #2

We had so much fun today kicking off Pride 2024 with our LTW members and friends at our flagship Downtown Minneapolis location.

Those who attended were treated to swag, refreshments, services and info about #MIORA - an exclusive offering at Life Time-Target Center - and an amazing rooftop Danze Jam class led by the incomparable Jeremiah - @jlwproductions!

Next, participants were shuttled over to our Target Center club to enjoy Drag Bingo and more festivities at Thrive Bar.

Whoever you are, whatever you do, there's a place for YOU at @lifetime.life and @lifetime.work

It's Friday night. Leading up to New Year's Eve. In an eerily warm December. So unlike the conditions of the 2014 evening I drunkenly totaled my vehicle and set in motion life changing events that were humiliating, humbling, and ultimately... sobering.

I think about the phone calls I made that night and the days that followed. The grace that was extended to me. And the tough (and expensive) lessons I had to learn. I can't change it, but it changed me.

As we turn the corner on a tough Year and lean into the hope of 2024, please don't make the mistake I did. Uber. Call a friend. Party at home. If you're reflecting on your drinking habits and considering making changes in the New Year, I'm here. You are not alone.

Festival Teacher Announcement: Meet Adam @hifidelityyogi and join his Ashtanga class at 10:45am THIS Saturday at the festival! More about Adam; Growing up basically as a country kid, youth was spent mostly in the forests, fields, and lakes of Minnesota. With a strong connection to nature and a competitive sports life wrapping up, yoga found its way into my life at a good time. Maintaining health after athletics can be tricky, yoga allowed me to stay fit and healthy without the destruction and stress that sports training puts on the body while meditation taught me, as an adult, better ways to handle the pressures that life can throw someone and find clarity in the moment navigating uncertain futures. These days focusing on growth in the areas of spirituality, entrepreneurial dreams, an expanding mushroom farm, my practice, and family. Happy and excited to be here with One Love Yoga for another fulfilling and memorable event. See you on the mat. #yoga #ashtangayoga #ashtangalove #breath #drishti #bandas
