Test Café is back — Fulani Edition 🥛🐄

For our next Test Café, we’re celebrating the rich food traditions of the Fulani in collaboration with PeulChefs.

The Test Café is all about small menus and unexpected combinations. This time, we’re exploring Fulani-inspired flavors, local ingredients, and dishes that tell a story. All made in Ghana. All tested on you. 😌

Some things are experimental. But we’re always evolving. So come eat, share your feedback, and help us shape what this café becomes.

We’re sourcing fresh milk and wagashi cheese directly from Fulani herders, alongside a menu inspired by Fulani food culture and reimagined with @peulchefs .

Golden Goodness: The rich taste of West African Ghee
In West Africa, ghee isn’t just any cooking fat, it’s a time-honored treasure made from fresh noono (cow’s milk). Using traditional techniques, butter is carefully extracted and skillfully processed by hand with a gourd, transforming it into a smooth, golden dairy fat with a deep, nutty richness.
For generations, pastoral communities across West Africa have relied on this pure dairy fat for its long shelf life, energy-boosting properties and unmistakable flavor. Packed with vitamins A, D, E, and K, it nourishes the body, strengthens immunity, and enhances digestion. But ghee is more than just food, it’s used in skincare, traditional remedies, and even ceremonial blessings.
Ever tried ghee made from fresh noono? Let’s hear your thoughts!
