You can have the best gym in the world but without the right community it’s just four walls and equipment.

It’s the community that allows us to keep building this dream. Every person who walks through that door makes this possible.

We want to say a massive thank you to every single one of you. This is your place as much as it is ours and we wouldn’t have it any other way.

Come and be part of it at @thesanctumofficial or get coached through @thesanctumcoaching. DM us for more info. 💚

Nothing else exists in the moment between unracking the bar and putting it back down. All that matters is the set you’re doing.

Everything outside disappears. The stress from work, the noise in your head, the things you can’t control. None of it follows you into that moment. It’s just peace.

Come and find your peace at @thesanctumofficial or through @thesanctumcoaching. DM us for more info. 💚

You don’t need the perfect plan when you start. You need a starting point and the willingness to tweak it as you go.

Overthinking the first step is one of the biggest reasons people never take it. The programme doesn’t need to be flawless. The diet doesn’t need to be dialled in. You just need to begin and let the small adjustments happen along the way.

Come and start with us at @thesanctumofficial or get coached through @thesanctumcoaching. DM us for more info. 💚

The version of you that lifts everyone around you is the version worth becoming.

Success means very little if you’re not bringing people with you. The people who push you, support you and want to see you do well deserve that same energy back.

That’s the culture we build at @thesanctumofficial. Come and be part of it or get coached through @thesanctumcoaching. DM us for more info. 💚

The @gym80_uk Pure Kraft Lateral Raise Dual delivers precision training on shoulder day here @thesanctumofficial

Plate loaded, this variation can be used unilaterally or bi-laterally, and with the pivoting arms it really allows for loading onto the medial deltoid.

A great alternative to a seated dumbbell lateral raise, great for beginners looking to learn the movement pattern or experienced lifters looking to load heavy.

Need help setting up? Ask one of the team to help.

Most people wait until they feel ready. The problem is ready never comes.

Do it scared, do it unsure, do it without all the answers. Just don’t wait. Life is too short to keep putting it off.

The people who make progress are the ones who start before they feel ready and figure it out along the way.

Come and figure it out with us at @thesanctumofficial or through @thesanctumcoaching. DM us for more info. 💚
