This weekend we wore green as the sun shone in London!

Hundreds of family members & friends gathered full of excitement & anticipation to celebrate the graduation of students from the @collegeofnaturopathicmedicine 🎓

Graduates who are choosing to support the health & well-being of many through naturopathic nutritional therapy 🥗

It was a long & challenging commitment to 3 years of academic study & clinical practice but worth every single exam, assignment, lecture & clinic!

This journey was a special one for each & everyone of us…… we've been blessed to improve our knowledge, begin new careers & we've made friends for life 🫶🏻

Congrats to all & thanks to our support team of family & friends who cheered us on every step of the way!!! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻🎉🎉🎉

🍑 AUGUST TIMETABLE 🍑

Yoga classes with Crescent Yoga are back in action starting from Tuesday 8th August.

Throughout the month of August you’ll find me teaching yoga on Tuesday evenings in Banbridge at The Body Box, Wednesday evenings at Project Flow, and Thursday evenings and Saturday mornings at Jill’s Fitness in Dromore. 🧘🏻‍♀️

All classes are available to book now via LegitFit or by messaging me directly (for Wednesday evenings please send a message to myself or Project Flow).

https://legitfit.com/authenticate/signup/crescentyoga

Step onto the mat this August and commit yourself to a consistent yoga practice. Allow yourself to be guided through a sequence of poses, breathwork and meditation. Tune into your mind and body, move and breathe with intention and ultimately, do what feels good for you. Allow yourself to feel all the amazing benefits that yoga can offer. 🧡

Please reach out with any questions, I love to hear from you!

See you all very, very soon! I can’t wait! ☺️

Yesterday evening was my first class at the beautiful @pfprojectflow , taking over from the lovely @withgrace_yoga since she moved to a sunnier climate. ☀️

Every Wednesday at 8pm I’ll be here providing a class for the Project Flow members. 🧘🏻‍♀️

It was so lovely to meet everyone for the first class and how gorgeous is this space!! It’s already the most relaxing environment before I even open my mouth to teach! ☺️🤍
