🚲 What a powerful day for active transportation in Prince George’s County! A special thank-you to County Executive Aisha Braveboy for making the 2026 Prince George’s County Bicycle Summit & Expo a priority, and for delivering a keynote that energized the room and affirmed that safe transportation and infrastructure matter. Thank you to Mayor Mike for welcoming us to Bowie City Hall, and to our panelists for sharing their expertise and helping residents understand the projects underway and what’s ahead. And thank you to everyone who showed up to learn, connect, and support a safer, more connected county. The turnout was incredible. Now it’s time to turn that energy into action. Over 2,000 service requests completed—and counting! 💪🏾 Let’s take a moment to reflect on the #SeptemberRecap! Highlighting the work done by Strike Force 311 teams to elevate our communities across Prince George’s County. Since April 1, crews have repaired potholes, cleared illegal dumping sites, cited abandoned vehicles and removed litter from our roads and neighborhoods. 🏘️ The cleanup also includes:
🛞 More than 1,000 tires collected
🚛 Tons of litter and illegally dumped debris removed ⛈️ After September’s storms uprooted dozens of trees, knocked out power and blocked roads, our crews joined DPW&T to clear debris and help restore access to affected neighborhoods. 👏🏾 Shoutout to the crews doing the heavy lifting and continuing to make a difference in our County! #StrikeForce311 #ElevateOurStreets #PrinceGeorgesCounty

The MD 4 at Suitland Parkway interchange construction is the largest project @marylandstatehighwayadmin is currently undertaking. Once completed, the project will reduce traffic, improve safety and handle population growth in the area as District 3 Project Engineer Jamal Adams recently explained to us. It's all part of the Moore-Miller administration's commitment to getting Marylanders to their destinations as quickly and safely as possible. #SeriousAboutSafety
