RAFFLE UPDATE: still 2 more weeks to enter! This has been the craziest month of my life and I can't believe we're leaving Oregon for good in just a matter of days. Thank you to everyone who has helped us, whether it was sharing our raffle, putting us on your altars, or offering us a place to stay. Things have been happening very quickly!
This week was my last week at my job, and my husband already has a job lined up (yay!), but our financial cushion is very thin.
We are officially a week away from moving and have to empty out our storage unit in a few days and ship our belongings to our new home. We are $800 short of our needs to pay for the shipping of our things, which is about $3k total.
There are still two weeks left to enter the raffle! Entries are unlimited and start at $10.

The lore: we (me, my husband, and our 4-year-old son) found ourselves without a place to go last month when our last lease ended and we were unable to qualify for any housing in our area. We drained our savings to pay off a previous landlord debt, believing this would remove our roadblocks, but it did not.
We were in a hotel for a little while (thanks to your help!) and have been fortunate to find temporary housing with friends for the time being. We had been planning to move in the spring to the east coast where our "long-distance village" has always been, but this situation has accelerated our plans are we are now relocating ASAP.
To help us with our unexpected need for cross-country moving funds, some wonderful folks have come together to offer magickal prizes in a mutual aid raffle.

I've actually been on a journey to GAIN weight the past few years, but recently my mental health has been deteriorating and eating is a chore. do you get it? skinny isn't healthy, it's a sign, for me at least of deep unwellness so please keep your comments about my body to yourself.
