We’re welcoming Professors Leo Lemos and Natan Almeida, two world-class black belts with extensive coaching and competition experience at schools including some of the biggest and most prestigious schools in Brazil, USA and Canada! 🇧🇷 🇺🇸 🇨🇦

Both professors know how to make kids’ classes exciting, engaging, and meaningful while bringing high-level instruction to adults and experienced athletes. I’m honored to teach alongside them!

Bring parents, siblings, and loved ones! Students of all ages and experience levels are welcome.

For the adults, we’ll celebrate our teammates with a brief belt promotion ceremony, learn some of our guest professors’ favorite techniques, and train with the champs!

🥋 🤼 🔴 Bring all your Gi AND No-Gi gear for our traditional “mic check” rounds, switching between both.

🍽 Afterward, everyone is invited to grab a bite together and keep the celebration going!

Jiu-jítsu isn’t about the speed or race of promotion it’s more than a rush to black belt this stripe took me 6 years to achieve. Thank you for allowing me to represent this team over 10 years @graciebarraga !
I am honored to have been promoted to 5th Degree in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, a milestone that reflects years of dedication, discipline, and continued growth.
I’m grateful to my Professor @gbfabiocosta , training partners, and students who have supported me throughout this journey.

Mais um dia incrível na minha trajetória! 🥋🏆

Hoje tive a oportunidade de competir no Houston Open, onde me consagrei campeão na minha categoria de peso e conquistei o 3º lugar no absoluto.

O mais prazeroso de tudo isso é estar ali dentro, superando meus problemas pessoais e provando a mim mesmo que ainda sou capaz de competir em alto nível. Sei que ainda tenho muito a evoluir, e estou totalmente comprometido em trabalhar duro para fazer isso acontecer.

Fé em Deus acima de tudo! 🙏🏽

Meu agradecimento a todos que me ajudaram a me preparar para essa guerra. Vocês fazem parte dessa caminhada, e eu amo vocês! ❤️

Another incredible day in my journey! Today, I had the opportunity to compete at the Houston Open, where I became the champion in my weight division and took 3rd place in the Absolute division.

The most rewarding part of it all is stepping onto those mats, overcoming my personal struggles, and proving to myself that I can still compete at a high level. I know I still have a lot to improve, and I'm fully committed to putting in the work to make it happen.

Faith in God above all, and a huge thank you to everyone who helped me prepare for this war. I love you all! ❤️🙏🏽🥋

Yesterday was a truly special experience.

I had the opportunity to share a self-defense demonstration with my professor, Alexandre Dande, for a group of executives during their meeting. It was an incredible moment—not only to teach, but also to learn alongside my professor and experience our art in a completely different environment, far beyond the traditional mats of a jiu-jitsu academy.

Self-defense is about much more than fighting. It is about awareness, confidence, discipline, responsibility, and knowing how to protect yourself and the people around you when it matters most.

One of the things I love most about Jiu-Jitsu is that it goes far beyond the academy. Jiu-Jitsu is everywhere. It is in the way we think, the way we face challenges, the way we control pressure, and the way we adapt to different situations.

Yesterday reminded me that the mats are only one place where we can practice and share this incredible art.

Thank you for this amazing opportunity and for welcoming us. I’m truly grateful for the experience, for the lessons, and for being able to continue learning alongside my professor.

Jiu-Jitsu is everywhere. 🥋🙏🏾

I’m truly happy to witness the evolution of jiu-jitsu and technology, and to see these two worlds come together in such an incredible way.

For the first time, I had the opportunity to train with a robot, and the experience felt remarkably similar to training with a real person. That is absolutely incredible!

What a privilege and a pleasure to experience this extraordinary moment in the evolution of jiu-jitsu and technology. The future is here, and it’s exciting to be part of it.

Primeiramente, quero agradecer ao professor Juliano Leiro @julianoleiro, organizador do CompNet Brasília e professor que me graduou à faixa preta. Ao meu atual treinador, professor Evandro Brandão @evandrobrandao95, que me apoiou incondicionalmente nessa missão. E a toda a nossa equipe, que está comigo diariamente, me ajudando a continuar treinando forte, em forma e pronto para qualquer desafio.

Mas hoje não subi no tatame para provar que era melhor do que ninguém.

Hoje lutei para transmitir uma mensagem a um amigo 🤛.

Dande @phdjiujitsu, a vida nem sempre nos permite escolher os nossos adversários. Muito menos as circunstâncias em que teremos que enfrentá-los. Algumas batalhas simplesmente chegam. E, quando chegam, só existe um caminho: estar pronto para lutar🥋.

E você me ensinou muito sobre isso.

Essa mensagem vem de alguém que nunca desistiu de ser lutador, de chegar à faixa preta e que, durante toda essa caminhada, sempre encontrou inspiração em você.

Mesmo distante, você nunca deixou de estar presente. Nunca deixou de lembrar de mim, de torcer por mim e de me transmitir a sua força.

Hoje foi a minha vez de lembrar de você. Ao entrar no tatame, levei comigo muito mais do que a vontade de vencer. Levei a minha energia, a minha força, a força da minha família e de todas as pessoas que caminham ao meu lado.

E, de alguma forma, quis fazer toda essa energia chegar até você.

Porque um lutador pode até não escolher a batalha.

=>> Mas pode escolher como vai enfrentá-la 💡

E nós enfrentamos lutando.

Essa luta também foi por você, meu amigo.

I’m happy, excited, anxious, and ready to do a great job with this amazing opportunity I’ve just received.

I’ve been invited to join my friend Alexandre Dande Gracie Barra academy as one of the instructors. I truly want to thank him from the bottom of my heart for this incredible opportunity.

I want you all to know that I’ll dedicate 100% of myself to every class and every training session, with the goal of helping everyone improve and continuing this great and beautiful story that we are building together.
