My friend recently reminded me how blessings go beyond money or material things. The greatest gifts are life, good health, and the people around us friends, family, and loved ones.

This year, I celebrated my birthday with some of the most genuine, loving people. I didn’t plan to have a party at first, but my friends convinced me and I’m so glad they did. It turned out absolutely perfect: the vibe, the space, the joy, the people. I couldn’t have asked for more.

Thanks to my amazing co-planner, Seyi and her lovely husband for all their help before and after.

Tobi my G , thanks for coming early to help set up.

Ope mamacita, the cake was perfect (tasted like home!), and thank you for your help too. 🙏

Seyi, Nneoma, GbemiQ , you three stayed till midnight cleaning and packing up. I appreciate you so much.

Doreen, IT , thank you for helping with the cleanup and for coming.

To my sugar mama(Abby) & J you both cleaned my apartment while I was out celebrating. You came from out of town just for me. I’ll never take that for granted. 🙏

My big sis, Mary you flew in tired but still showed up and anchored the event beautifully. Thank you.
