I hardly ever post records here anymore, but this was way too cool not to stunt on. a very clean original pressing of this all-time Philly soul psych behemoth came into the shop recently without a cover, and as is often the case with killer orphaned lps that we get, @phreexch_jacy will conjure up an appropriately wild cover to match. well, this is one of his very best ever, which just so happened to coincide with me wanting a copy of this for a very long/strong time, and here we are! #deljones #deljonespositivevibes #jacywebster

Silver Jews: Starlite Walker (Drag City, 1994). 32 years ago. Holy shit. I got this because I was/am so into Pavement. Berman's legacy lives on. It's like Pavement for obvious reasons but it's not. It has its own special magic. AND I got it at Philadelphia Record Exchange for $8.98. Thanks guys.
