rdv! From September 10th at COLNAGHI for 𝓣𝓱𝓮 𝓞𝓻𝓭𝓮𝓻 𝓸𝓯 𝓣𝓱𝓲𝓷𝓰𝓼 by COSEINCORSO.

For its first participation in RendezVous, COLNAGHI invites COSEINCORSO to curate an exhibition bringing together a selection of works and objects from the gallery’s collection alongside pieces from the studio’s own practice.

The Order of Things explores how objects create meaning through their relationships. Rather than a simple dialogue between past and present, the exhibition proposes a progression — from the intuitive accumulation of the collector to the space of creation.

The works are approached as elements in relation, where material, time and gesture resonate across periods. Historical pieces are not treated as static references, but as active presences capable of generating new readings when placed in dialogue with contemporary forms.

The installation is conceived as an interior — an intimate space of study and observation, evoking a collector’s or artist’s environment where objects and assemblages exist between utility and sculpture.

📅Opening: September 10th from 5-8PM

We are pleased to announce the opening of our new Gallery space in Brussels today! Join us on the 23rd of April at 30 rue Jacques Jordaens from 5pm to 9pm for an evening of art and celebration open to all as we enter an exciting new chapter of our presence in Belgium.

To mark this occasion, our inaugural exhibition titled 'STUDIO' will unveil an important preparatory drawing by Jacob Jordaens, the 17th century flemish master and namesake of the gallery's new address. This opening marks a significant new chapter in Colnaghi's international expansion, bringing the gallery to 4 exhibition spaces across 4 cities worldwide.

The current exhibition will remain open until the 30th of May. After tonight's opening, the gallery will continue to welcome our valued clients by appointment.

Wandering through the aisles, guided by moments of fascination and works that speak to us — whether through their colors, shapes, textures, or the invisible thread connecting them beyond themes and eras — a journey through centuries that unveils the richness of ideas, the brilliance of talent, and the boundless genius of creation.

We can all agree that Art Basel and TEFAF Maastricht are among the most prestigious art fairs in the world. However, one has to admit that the unique touch of BRAFA—its way of blending eras and artistic movements to encourage us, as art lovers and collectors, to discover new talents—is truly exceptional. The galleries intermingle, allowing you to move seamlessly from a space showcasing exquisite Old Master Paintings to one featuring African Art or contemporary works in just a step or two. BRAFA fosters a sense of exploration and discovery.
