Absolute smasher @oldvictheatre for How The Other Half Loves, directed by @phillipbreen_director. Roger Allam has incredible comic timing, which I should have known before now. Bad that one of the things I thought walking out was “I should buy more sherry”?

Hard to believe it’s 10 years since I photographed York Minster’s epic production of the Mystery Plays. From casting to closing night, I documented the whole thing which included a huge community cast. Directed by @phillipbreen_director (who I met when he was wearing one of my old band’s T-shirt), with music by Richard Shephard @richardshephardmusicfoundation @yorkminsterofficial #mysteryplays #york #yorkminster

What do you mean it’s the last show??? I can’t believe this one is coming to an end! I can’t say thank you enough to @phillipbreen_director @edph and everyone at @chicagoshakes for making this a truly unforgettable experience! I’m not ready for it to be over! Thank you to all of my #friendsandfamily that came out in support! Far too many of whom I didn’t get photos with because we were too busy enjoying each others company! #luckyguy #actorlife #trodtheboards #falstaff

THE MERRY WIVES OF WINDOSR is one of Shakespeare’s lesser-known plays, as well as one of his most unique. Director Phillip Breen talks about what makes this play so different, and how it can give us a more complete picture of the Bard’s canon. Oh, and did we mention how FUNNY it is?? See THE MERRY WIVES OF WINDSOR, now through May 3. 🎟️ link in bio. #shakespeare #comedy #windsor
