Gooey over this new acro flow we worked on tonight, our grit to take on new challenges & how far we’ve come in general ❤️‍🔥….of course there’s always room for improvement, but for this particular flow, this was the first time working through the whole sequence & I am proud of the progress we made in such a short amount of time 👏🎉🌀 plus our hands free high star tonight was the best yet 💫 i love the heart and art of partner acro so much, love this acro community & all the friendships made along the way. 💗 It is a JOY to partner & flow with you always @phillipkahn …I appreciate your reliability, your persistence, your consistency, your strength, what a stellar base & teacher you are, the way you communicate & all the fun we have along the way…we make a great team & I wouldn’t want it any other way 🔥💪💫🕊️💓🥲🥰 #fortheloveofacro #acroyoga #partneracro #partneracroflow #hivemovementstudio

Cheers to last Friday evening when we kicked off Labor Day weekend in {Sold Out🤩} SUPY style with beautiful weather and an amazing & adventurous crew! 🥳🎉 It was a relaxing, joyous evening enjoying connection with nature & community and we are SO grateful for the wonderful experience, time well spent w/ everyone & these memories! ☀️🌊🏄‍♀️😎🏄🩵🌅👏 Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to all those that came out & adventured with us! We had a blast & it was a joy to see everyones smiling faces and witness the spirit of adventure amongst you. You paddled strong through windy conditions, flowed & balanced through a yoga sequence on the paddle boards (which is not easy!), quieted the mind through movement & Savasana in the serene marshlands of WB, played and tried new things, including some of you hanging out upside down on your board, and everyone made it back safely! It was a win-win and we hope everyone enjoyed it as much as we did. 🥰 Thank you to @commongroundclasses for setting up the event & registration, @phillipkahn for organizing & leading us through a yummy yoga flow & thanks to @wrightsvillesup for making this event possible & so smooth 🌊🏄🌅🙏🤗 Also want to acknowledge & thank our spouses @kahnaroo @parkjumper_nc for all the support to help make this class run smoothly & helping keep everyone safe! Until then we are looking forward to our next class on 9/18! Just a couple spots left if u want to sign up ❣️😊

Play, community, and trying new things are joy boosters! Play is how we remember our aliveness. Community is where that aliveness gets witnessed. And trust is what lets us relax enough to feel it. When these three come together, joy stops being a moment and becomes a way of moving through the world — spacious, connected, and safe enough for delight to take root. Thank you @phillipkahn @parkhopper_nc @tamale_tph3 You all bring me so much joy! 🟧 Type "joy" in the chat for your free JOY RESET CHECKLIST #joy #groundedjoy #acroyoga #play
