PhishPhinders Kristen and Chell got out this past weekend in Jersey waters and were able to put together a an impressive catch.
Kristen with Big fish Honors Sunday with a handsome male Tog, pushing 9lbs.

🍍 Fat Dad Tog Trip 🍍

Whew what a day on the traditional @fat.dad.fishing Tog trip. This was one of the most fun fishing trips I’ve had all season long. It had nothing to do with the fishing, but everything to do with the company. Things started off with bites every drop, but the bite got difficult. A few keeper class fish coming up, then @billy.ackerman.7 ends up hauling up a big female that we thought surely was going to take the pool. At the buzzer I see Kristen @phillygirlfishing take a full swing and was instantly folded. After a hard fight and lots of Hun Vibes she landed a big male that was her PB jig fish. With the lengths being the same it came down to what fish ate a bigger meal that day. Billy ended up winning the pool by ounces. After spending this season running and gunning guiding, it felt good to finally get to relax. Being able to spend the day with such an amazing group of people, it was the perfect way to close out a season. A big thank you to Rich for being the one that brings together a group of people that wouldn’t ordinarily get to spend time together. It was an amazing day getting make memories with old friends and new. Also a big thank you to @ospreyfishing and the crew for working hard and being such a welcoming fun boat to spend the day on. If I forgot to tag you in this post I apologize! Let me know and I will fix it.

Out on the water with @ospreyfishing K and I decided to hang out and feed the tog today. I managed one keeper just so I could pretend I knew what I was doing. Captain and crew were grinding, but Mother Nature was straight-up PMSing-she was in full meltdown mode. Between her crying fits and mood swings, she kicked us off the water early. Still spent the day with the homies, talking trash, losing bait, and questioning life choices. Would absolutely let the ocean bully me again. #jerseytogging

Weekend recap (8/9) and (8/10). After being tied to the dock due to some relentless East wind we sent it Saturday morning in search for some hungry fluke. Had a ton of bites all day long bailing fish nonstop weeding through shorts and picking away at keepers in the sloppier conditions due to some leftover swell and lingering east wind. All said and done we ended up with our full boat limit of keepers and then some(orl) (8man)! This morning we had much nicer conditions and right away same deal fish flying over the rails all day long the second the boat stopped but some very nice quality to be had today! Full boat limit and then some(orl) (8man) to 7.6Lbs!! Lots of fish in the 4-6 pound range as well to make it a very quality box!! 🔥🔥 Fluke fishing overall let’s keep it going!!

The weather was beautiful and the fluke were biting! A bunch of quality fish hit the net today aboard the Lil Gypsea. Billy Booyah once again led the way with his limit +, while Kristen was not far behind with a bunch of keepers also. Some nice quality today!

What an epic day out on the @jamaicaiifishing with the best crew – @fishingdemjawns @meltedmarshmelo @baybaysfishing @phillygirlfishing , and @monica122698 🎣 We absolutely slayed the YUMBO Sea bass today.
My @tsunamitackle Carbon Shield II slow pitch with the @toadfishoutfitters baitcasting reel was on fire, but the real MVP was @jygprofishing Tribute power 3 paired with the @maxelfishingusa Hybrid 20 with @fujiguides Components. That combo, along with the very deadly @majorcraftamerica Jigpara slow, helped me land a monster 20-inch, 7-pound sea bass! 💪
And guess what? I won the pool! So much fun with the @jamaicaiifishing gang! Can’t wait for the next trip!

I put a Friendsmas Charter together on @jamaicaiifishing I am very grateful to all of you for individually giving towards making this trip a great one. Thank you to Jeffery S for going through the craziness of deep frying that 🦃 on the dock. It was a beautiful day just shit for anchoring. But we grinded and got fish on the boat. Congrats to @slimnickyp for taking the pot and Jeff @joann_726 taking 2nd pot. Last but not least Big Yuuuuge thanks to Capt Ryan Bogan, Chris, Ryan Jr, and Chuck for making this day truly special for a group of some of your crazy regulars! Hopefully Ryan lets me bring you Ho Ho Hos back next year for round 2!!!
