Welcome to the team Isabella 🥳

This week we welcomed physio Issy to our clinic and we couldn’t be more stoked!

Issy hails from Adelaide, and is currently completing her sports physio Masters degree at UQ, further developing her knowledge and skillset 📚

Issy has a keen interest in all things sports injuries, with a particular background in tennis, AFL and ultimate beach frisbee.

Outside of work, Issy enjoys running, following the AFL or at the beach ☀️

You can learn more about Issy on our website and book an appointment with her online also!

Welcome to team Summit @phissyoryles 🙌

come trot with me @shokzaunz 🩷🎧🏃🏼‍♀️🌺🌧️

the OpenDots ONE are the best training buddy; lightweight clip-on design, don’t budge, and have incredible sound quality without sacrificing the safety of hearing what’s coming! 🚲

& that’s a wrap on October

2 months left of 2025 & we are so locked in 🫡
🏃‍♀️ 3 weeks out of the @lskd @more_than_a_run 30km mental health run with @the60club
🏋️‍♀️ 6 weeks out of @hyroxanz Melbourne
🏊‍♀️ 45 weeks out of @ironman70.3sunshinecoast

I can tell you my body has been absolutely feeling the change of training and intensity, from seeing PBs each week to having a week where each run was a really tough shuffle.

Mentally? Exhausted
Physically? Sore
Fatigued? Very
Excited? Abso-bloody-lutley

Let’s go!

HOT GORL TROT 🏃🏼‍♀️👟✨ @gcmarathon

Something about having the discipline to get up, show up, and train for 24 weeks all by yourself hits different.

No one to ride the bike next to you, no one to force you to get up to the 4am alarm to run in the dark, no strava kudos, no one but you to keep you going on those >20km longys in the back end; and for the most part no headphones 🎧

I just missed out on cracking the 4hour mark this time (side note: if you saw me fall to the ground at 32k with bilateral quad cramp im convinced someone got me with a sniper 🔫), but if you told me a year ago I’d run a marathon I’d laugh at you.

So lucky to have my Adelaide queen come visit for our first mara!! @kelseysearle_

What an incredible atmosphere out there. We’ll be back; to run like a girl💅🏼
