Providing hands-on learning opportunities for filmmakers is so important. Which is why when @alantnguyen_ asked if he could use my home to host his October 2025 @lightlabsesh I immediately said yes.

Lighting is one of the most important parts of filmmaking, which is why when @alantnguyen_ asked if he could use my house to host his October 2025 @lightlabsesh, I immediately said yes!

@lightlabsesh is a hands-on monthly meetup where filmmakers from any department can come and learn about the important role light plays in shaping the stories we create. Hosted by @alantnguyen_, a Houston-local goated gaffer/DP, @lightlabsesh is the best place to learn the tools and workflows Alan uses to craft stunning images on real sets.
