The portraits of Phoebe @phoebechatham

Experimenting and applying what I’ve learned from Dylan’s (@dylan_sara ) Expressive Ink Portraits Course on Kajabi to these portrait studies. I’ve been trying to obtain a general shape first and go in with details after. I’ve also been using ink wash like watercolors.

The good, the needs improvement, and the oh MY! 😆

I’ve been following the Expressive Ink Portraits Course on Kajabj by @dylan_sara. It’s been challenging, but a good challenge and maybe the push I need to try different methods. I went back to, or I guess remained, with the ballpoint portraits module because I really wanted to see what more I can do with ballpoint pens. I think they’re great for doing quick sketches, but also when adding color, there’s just so much more one can do with it!

Really happy with these 2min sketches. Fun lesson @dylan_sara

Turns out 450 days of drawing helps you improve. Who knew?

Art/artist appreciation post ✨🙏🏼🤎🤩

I have so much art I’ve bought, swapped and some is gifted, and I love it!

But I’m so slow at getting them framed 🫣🥲 I’m sorry!! I will get better 🤩🥲

Anyway, as an artist, for me it’s very important to be aware of supporting local artists and artists in general! Supporting people and their passion - not the mass generated stuff.

And here’s some of the amazing art I have from other artists 🫶🏼 It’s not all of it - and I hope it’ll be more in the future 💫🤞🏼🥹

Let’s support and cheer on each other 😘🥹💫💪🏼 A little tag helps a lot! Hope someone out there finds their new favorite artist through this reel 🤞🏼✨😍
