THIS FRIDAY 🔥

Me & @phoebefox.pt are putting on a kettlebell event at @unity.wellbeing 🤝

Never used a kettlebell before? Doesn’t matter. Come down, have a go, get a good workout in and enjoy it 😂

Then we’ll have a few drinks, 2 DJs and a good laugh afterwards 🎶😂

Something a bit different, good people and a good laugh.

Who’s coming? 👀

Message me to grab the last few spaces.

Everyone starts somewhere.

In our latest interview with @phoebefox.pt , we chat about how she got started in the fitness industry, overcame the initial challenges, and secured her very first paying clients.

If you’re thinking about becoming a Personal Trainer but aren’t sure where to begin, this is proof that with the right guidance and determination, it can be done.

Watch her story and see what’s possible. 💪
