Your New Bike Day Team @physiofitdpt and @epmurphy .

From pre-order bike fit and some off-the-bike exercise correctives prescription by Maria to building the bike to your needs (and wants) with Eric’s industry expertise.

This is the future of new bike day. Get fit first and then we can customize the frame and build with more appropriate crank lengths, handle bar width/reach, stem length, seatpost, etc.

We spend a lot of time working together to make your next bike a dream . And it’s fun!

It was a weekend full of all those #HurtsSoGood feels!

There’s nothing quite like chasing a bunch of bada$$ women through the woods on challenging trails to jumpstart the system and stoke the stoke.

Had #SoMuchFun reconnecting with old friends and making new ones!

Lake CX302 Lightweight and Breathable road shoe for the Win. Paired with some @silca_velo aero socks.

Don’t even start with white on white only BS 😝 Roux approves 🐶

One of @physiofitdpt favorite shoe brands . Having a good fit shoe in both length and width and the availability to adjust the cleat further back are some of the attributes Maria looks for in a shoe. The foot pedal interface concerning comfort and power transfer can make or break your ride and having a proper shoe and fit is imperative.
