I've been a little quiet on here lately.

Not because I wasn't creating, but because I was busy filling my cup.

There was ice cream on chilly nights, celebrating people I love, puzzles spread across tables, long walks through nature, time with furry friends, and books about art stacked beside my bed.

A gentle reminder that creativity doesn't only happen at the desk or in the studio. Sometimes it grows in the spaces where we're simply living, noticing, and paying attention.

Feeling refreshed, inspired, and excited to be back.

I went to @artgalleryofnsw recently and experienced the work of Ron Mueck with my beautiful friend @pia.ryan19 as part of the Sydney International Art Series.

What stayed with me most is how the work completely shifts scale and, with it, our perception. Things that society often pushes to the edges, things considered delicate, fragile, or vulnerable are suddenly impossible to ignore.

A pregnant woman becomes monumental.
An elderly body becomes vast, dignified, unavoidable.
A quiet moment of someone looking into a mirror, questioning themselves, becomes almost overwhelming.

By enlarging these intimate, human experiences, the work magnifies what is usually marginalised or invisible. It forces you to slow down and acknowledge the vulnerability, the tenderness, the reality of being human.

Standing in those rooms, you realise how rarely we allow these moments to occupy space.

And here, they take up the entire room.

From one birthday to the next, collecting moments that made this year mine.
Faces that felt like home, places that reminded me what it means to be alive.
I’ve grown, laughed, fallen apart, and found my way back through it all.
Grateful for the people and days that keep me open to more and for the art that always brings me back to myself ❤️

Scroll till the end for a cute lil surprise 🫣

Wandered through Sculpture in the Garden today with the ever-lovely @pia.ryan19 soaking up art, sunshine, and a whole lot of beauty. We found ourselves drawn to works that felt like memory and feeling made tangible:

“I Belong Under the Sun, You Belong Under the Sun” by Stephanie Quirk — tender, playful, and deeply nostalgic.

“Nuwa Ganda (Look Up)” by Dr Virginia Keft — honouring connection, care, and Country.

“Mimic” by Angela Forrest — an invitation to reflect in quiet, leafy reverence.

“Banksia Vincentia Totems” by David Doyle — standing strong for endangered life and legacy.

And “Of Cicadas and Bones” by Glenn Barkley — a quiet conversation between nature, memory and clay.

Also featured: a very charismatic duck, flowers doing their seasonal thing, and two humans moved by creativity in all its forms.

On Dharawal Country, in the embrace of the garden.

Looking back at September 2022, it's amazing to see how the colourful, community-designed art inflatable creations, part of #SpinFest, brought the city to life during the #UCI Road World Championships. One of my proudest moments was seeing Spin Energy, the unique inflatable artworks, spark curiosity by day and gently glow at night.

Fast forward to now, the Make Your Mark workshops have not only reconnected me with my artistic roots but also helped me connect with my amazing friend Pia. The small pieces of art we created together in those sessions culminated in these inflatables, enjoyed by the entire community. For me, this project highlighted the importance of community-designed art projects and their power to connect people.

I’m so grateful to @wollongongartgallery, @matthewaberline , @mauricegoldberg , and @wollongongcity for making this experience possible. It remains a highlight for me, and I can’t wait to share more creative projects in the future.

What a blast we had bringing pupus for Keller Williams Pau Hana! Education is a continual process and they were discussing open house protocols and ideas. We featured recipes great for Super Bowl and will be sharing the recipes with them this week!

On the menu was beef chili, vegan chili, spinach artichoke dip, ham and cheese sliders, banana bread and - of course - chocolate chips cookies! Life is a party!🎉🎉🎉

If your office has an event and would like us to host, give me a call or shoot me a text!

💪Meet Pia💪

Pia is a client that continues to progress with the help of her Exercise Physiologists Emma and Brooke.
It is fantastic to have a client that sticks to her program, shows up to sessions and is seeing the benefits that consistent exercise physiology can achieve.

✅Pia has recently progressed to some more loaded exercises and is pretty happy to be giving the leg press a try.

👉Not everyone exercises to turn into Arnie, but those that stay consistent, like Pia, are bound to see progress in both strength, stability and mobility. This results in being able to do more at home and socially and that is what it is all about, improving your quality of life. 🙌🙌🙌

Well done @ryanpia19 keep smashing it out and having fun in the process. 😃
