🎉 Announcing the start of our new Empowering Excellence series! We aim to recognize and applaud organizations that are making a difference and align with the goals and values of WCA.

📣 This week we want to shout out Pick Her Up Basketball @pickherupball. 🏀 Their mission is to empower women by providing an accepting environment that allows women to play pick up basketball, as most public courts are generally male dominated.

⭐ We wanted to highlight Pick Her Up Basketball for Empowering Excellence because they are actively enriching the lives of women by providing them with opportunities that may have been unattainable to them at their local gym or park.

🏀 If you are a woman in the Bay Area who is looking for a great game of pick up, check out the amazing community of 700+ players that @pickherupball has built over the last 8 years. There’s even a new documentary about their story! 👏
