What a great morning, hosted by Kim Brereton at Pickled Radish Feast, with a group of our volunteers from the Living Landscape Community Garden. They were certainly pleased with the day saying “We all came home with lots of goodies and new skills, great workshop.” Such a skill set is invaluable when growing in surplus and striving to avoid food waste! We hope these pickling efforts will help to extend the enjoyment of the fruits of our volunteers labor.

Day 3 - Go Wild August

We began the day early, as we headed down to the river for some ‘early’ morning paddleboarding….. the river was quiet, but there was a little bit of wind, which meant we had to be a safely monitored by @seamooroutdoors around the river Lynher….. after finding our feet, and enjoying the peace of the river, we came back to settle riverside for a little stand up paddleboarding Yoga session…..
Those with strong cores many brilliantly - Shaun, not so much 😂😂…. .
After another hearty breakfast from @pickledradishfeasts we headed out with our packed lunches to Dartmoor.
The brief was for some walking in the shade and cold water dip….Guided as always by Paul Rendell we explored the Moor (moderately in the heat) and found ourselves up at Crazy Well Pool.
Soaking up the lengths with laughter before taking lunch and returning back down to Erth… a shorter walk than usual but gave us the chance of some much needed R&R, creativity and sauna time during the late afternoon.
A chance to see the group find their own rhythm, seek out the spaces and amuse themselves before supper…..
And wow what a supper @pickledradishfeasts cooked up a feast, dressing and using @pure_oliiv on many of our dishes…. A whopping 8 courses….under the setting sun….
Memories for us all….
And then to close the day we listened to magical tones of @hollyannecoles in the chapel @erthretreat …. Such a special closing ….
And we just had time to sneak in a cheeky crumble before bed😂……

Day 2 Go Wild August.-

The hottest day of the year in Cornwall- We walked @southwestcoastpath from Whitsand Bay over @the_rame_peninsula to Cawsand.

After a morning yoga session we left @erthretreat to gawp at the shimmering blue sea, @cardboardkidz foraging and sharing her wealth of edible hedgerow knowledge as we walked.

Fueled by @pickledradishfeasts we swam and devoured lunch at Polhawn before walking the path to the 12th Century chapel at Rame Head.

Big strides and big chats.

We chatted across the broadest subject matter, had ideas, we swapped stories, sharing support and kind words before descending into the seaside village of Cawsand- for a refreshing drink or second dip!

Wonderful to be surrounded by smart creative women many leaders and big thanks to Shaun who guided us and carried our lunch!

Returning to Erth for supper and sunset.

Friendship is an integral part of our retreats and each retreatee is valued and treated with positive regard… Because you’re all beautifully magnetic women ♥️

Day 1 Go Wild August.

On the back on a solar eclipse,
in a heatwave and underneath a night sky full of shooting stars we began our GO WILD retreat- faithful to its name.

Thankfully, we designed this retreat many moons ago, around the idea of water- where we celebrate being in, on, or near water offers us healing and activates our parasympathetic healing state.

It’s now taken on a cooling, soothing element more than we could ever have imagined!

The date of this retreat also marks the mid-ish point of the school holidays which may have been the perfect time for a retreat of mostly Mother’s to book in for a timely reset to enjoy their own adventures and freedom.

The nourishment from @pickledradishfeasts who are serving up THE MOST delicious food to nurture and spoil us all - has already prompted half the retreatees to rebook next year on the first day!

Thanks to luminous @tategronow for her Breathwork session in the chapel which cracked open our retreatees and offered softness in holding.

More cooling aquatic adventures await our group of creative, entrepreneurs, yoga and pilates teachers. We’re loving the laughter sense of fun and stories shared. Magic afoot! 💫

I hear it time and time again. At networking, at events, at workshops, on group coaching calls.

And my heart sinks every single time, for every single person.

Intelligent, resilient women who feel fearful, overwhelmed, and all at sea when it comes to social media.

In a world that tells us we HAVE to “play the game” if we want success in business, these same women battle on - often hating every minute, overthinking and questioning everything they do. Feeling like they’re facing a mountain every day.

Resistance, fear, lack of confidence and knowledge can turn social media into a daily minefield - taking up way more space than it needs to, eating into precious time better spent elsewhere.

Social media is energy. Just like everything else. And the lens you look at it through really matters.

So after quite a few requests - here I am!!

I’m not a social media expert. And I think that’s the very point. Listening to the do’s and don’ts of the pros is putting you in a tailspin and a fight or flight response! You’re lost before you’ve even begun - so you don’t!!! Go back to them once you’re in flow, by all means.

I can’t tell you the “right” way to do it. But I can offer you a fresh perspective, and show you how I’ve built confidence and consistency with ease, pleasure and very little fuss - without playing “the game.”

Well… sometimes I do! 😉

I’m simply here to help you find ease and flow, so you can confidently start showing up with consistency. The algorithm is the least of your worries if you’re not showing up!!!

We roll Thursday 23rd at 12.30-2pm online and I’ll record it for those who can’t make it live.

The next Power of Many is Wednesday 22nd July 7.30-9pm at my home in Cold Bath Rd, Harrogate.

If you’ve not been before, this is an intimate gathering where we come together, allow ourselves the time & space to pause & let life fall away for a moment.

We gather in the kitchen to begin, with delicious herbal teas from @retreatremedies and delicious sweet treats by me! We chat and relax and then move into the sitting room.

There I guide us in some way to become present and then I teach & we talk around a topic. This one is all about relationships and the different roles we subconsciously take on that can unwittingly be fanning the flames of relationship difficulties & drama! There isn’t a soul on earth who wouldn’t benefit from this… even if you’ve heard it before!!

They say when you know, you know!

And when it happens, you can’t quite believe how good it feels. Suddenly so much that went before makes so much more sense.

It feels easy. Even the bumps in the road are easier. The fear dissipates, the uncertainty of the road ahead becomes more exciting, paved with hope and possibility & the stuff that dreams are made of.

When I met @iamhelenlea I very much knew. And that certainty has blossomed into the collaboration of dreams for me.

Together we are a strong, safe, loving space in which women who deep down, just like us, know they have immeasurable passion, purpose, potential & possibility - they just need help accessing & actualising it.

Did you know that for a women to truly rest, restore & repair, she needs to be in her feminine energy. And in the same way, men need to be in their masculine to bring them back into their restorative space. So if you’re ever trying to get your man to chill with a movie & Maltese’s but he’s struggling to relax into…. Send him to his man cave for a bit to pump iron or bang a nail into something first!!!!

Today I had a rare & glorious day off! The perfect antidote to pushing on through in what is a very busy time.

💕 A WEEKEND I WILL NEVER REGRET 💕

Weekends like this are a necessity, to better yourself and learn to slow your pace!

Time away to properly switch off, move gently, eat well, and just be, without the noise of everyday life, has a way of bringing you back to yourself.

There’s something incredibly powerful about stepping out of your routine and into a space where nothing is expected of you. No makeup, no rushing, no pressure. Just good conversation, fresh air, and the kind of calm you don’t realise you’ve been craving.
